2	Major missing piece to dropping beta behavior is standing up to bullies. One remains. Please help, guys. He'll feel your change in confidence and act accordingly. You've centered your entire improvement on his treatment of you, which although is a valid source of motivation, could make you lose frame, especially if he's forgotten about it, or worse, act like he forgot about it. 2	How do I get this chick to not be monogamous? A line from plate theory: Plate Theory is also, most definitely not, a license to be indiscriminate with women. Just because you can spin a plate doesn't necessarily mean you should spin that plate. Some aren't worth spinning and a man with options should have no reservation about letting one go for a better one or two.
