I'm just finding that when you loosen things up too much, there seems to be such a heavy sway towards the negative, that people just dont post positive things. This is usualy severly underestimated. Glad to see the line being drawn here.

I think self-confidence by the sake of it is really overrated. The term is used so broadly that it is becoming ridiculous (if it is not already). Is it not to be shy to approach women? Well, just go for it. Sorry to paraphrase a work of fiction, but "start a fight knowing you will lose it". Just approach for the hell of it. What are the repercussion if she doesn't want to talk in the long term? To be accused of harrasm-oh. Well... Yeah... I know, it is not always like that, but I understand the …

I'm not a business owner and would like to hook up on OP with another question: I get the impression that when you are starting a business, looking for profits at the very beginning is a trap. You should be more concerned with establishing your name/brand in the marketing and attract customers. How much truth (if any) is there in that?

Weird flex but ok. Nah, I'm kidding. I get your point regarding leverage and being considered a loser. I prefer it that way. I like the freedom to pull a Rick Sanchez if it's the case.

I'm a bit confused with your writing style. Are you saying that you had an argument with a escort? Bro. Anyway, I have similar desires for a realitionship when my life have a significant improvement (I have a rollercoaster lifestyle, so it happens with a certain frequency). It would be nice to have someone to share the good things I have. I don't mean spending money on a woman (I'm borderline OCD against that). Very superficial. I like people with good sense of humor that can take a laugh on anything, so it is mostly a few minutes of that with some acquaitances from the job, neighbours, gym, etc. My longer conversations are usually with people that are much older or smarter, and it is usually a long, interesting monologue where I'm the listener and inquirer. Its probably noticeable that I'm very judgemental. I prefer to be alone 99% of the time.

If not academic, the popular belief is that sexual appetite is related to hormone levels. I say "belief" because around 30 I experienced thinking more with the upper head than with the lower one. What I didn't know is that testosterone levels peaks around this age as well. Indeed, it was the time when it felt the easiest to gain strength and maintain lean mass. So, yeah, I don't know what to say.

This reminds me of a few mentions about "custom unicorns". That would a woman that understands your stance about relationship and are ok with that. I don't know how in other country a man that goes limp is seem, but in my country it is a quite natural subject to be talked, sometimes even as a light self-deprecating joke. We have great disdain with men that claims to have never "failed". In my case, in a minor frequency, was because I was nervous while getting with some very hot woman for the first time. The great majority was because the woman was not doing much. Hate to put the blame on others, but that is what happened. There were very, v…

If he is in a relationship, ask them how many hours of the day sex take, and how many hours he would rather be doing something else besides what he does because of his relationship. If he is single, ask him why and keep digging. Why you didn't found one yet? How come in your church nobody is worthy of a relationship with you? Why there are some many younger man than you already married?

Once in a while we see someone arguing that married men can be MGTOW. After all, that is his own way, to be married! There is also very frequent arguments regarding being a true MGTOW, being part of a movement or community, etc. It is all fruitless. Although many man chooses to do their own thing after watching MGTOW videos, the truth is that there is already a lot of men is already choosing to not have romantic relationships on different levels (from no marriage to no sex at all).

Brazil, so you probably don't. I grossly miscalculated everything, anyway. 57k is around 200k. You can have decent life with 5k per month out of great urban centers, which would deplete 200k in 40 months. 2k could is possible if you have a roommate and live frugally, which would give you 100 months (still not a decade). One could argue that keeping it invest might stretch these deadlines, but lets have some margin of errors here. Nonetheless, I see some articles here and there about other countr…

I have the same habit, but I don't have the details of it. I would go further and say that any friendship you get if you are above 40 are either quite superficial and just for the other party self-interest. I'm on the same page about "not being a dick". More than that, I get pleasure from being kind. Alas, as it is said in my country "you offer a hand, they drag your whole arm", so nowadays I'm usually bending more to the silent dick side. Now, on a side whining: oh how I wish to completely remove myself from corporate IT. Now, about "fake as trousers".…

Sorry for the late reply. It is hard to tell, honestly. The country can vary a lot from its different regions. São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro seems to be the very gay friendly, but even so this is probably on very specific regions, where you can see two males tongue kissing, but would probably be harrassed or assaulted just by holding hands on other places. I don't know how much that would translate to a gay population estimative, though.

It is usualy better to find a good therapist. The "good" part is really, really important. For sure, one can figure things out on its own, but that can be said about anything, and it is usually not optimal.
