There are a couple of cases here and there that have gone somewhat in favor of the false accuser, however, not nearly a big enough percentage to justify acting as though every rape case is bullshit because an accuser can’t remember a couple of trivial details

Tell me, what is there to gain from making a false accusation besides harassment from their fans, and no angle to come at them in court. Inevitably you’ll have a few dumbasses who can’t think for themselves who’ll believe you, but is their support really enough to undergo nearly everybody hating you, constant harassment from fans, and no legal Avenue to legitimize your claims?

You people always bring up Amber Heard and refuse to acknowledge that most false accusers are destroyed if their claims are proven false. Those racist white women CAN get away with causing harm if she says a black man committed a crime much more than you’d think. This a false equivalency. No, I don’t underestimate human animosity, I just don’t think that 60 people ganging up on one famous and (for some reason) respected individual when statistically they will receive much more pushback from the public, much less of a chance of legal repercussions coming to him, and close to no fame or monetary gains seems very plausible
