If you want to shred, classical is an excellent place to start. Just look at guitar legends like John Petrucci and Yngwie Malmsteen for proof of that. Keep rockin', man.

Just finished restoring my motorcycle. Gonna take that out for a spin. Gonna also spend some quality time with my guitar. I also need to work on renovating my basement bar, and then take a long break with a handful of movies. Damn, life is good.

Now that I'm nearing 30 and getting over my 'rage phase' after being horribly burned by a woman, I'm starting to become more at peace with this harsh reality, myself. I can safely say that it might not be as uplifting or pleasing as the very early stages of a new relationship, but it has significantly more staying power, and I won't be completely sick of myself a couple of years in.
