2	How can I love myself? Changing your attitude towards yourself takes years and years in my experience. So keep going at it slowly slowly, in time you'll look back and see how far you've come. One suggestion I could give is to start meditating, first just mindfulness of breathing exercises, after that try loving kindness meditation (metta). Good luck!	/r/seduction	08/09/15 08:25 AM
1	26 years old and after years of reading, have never been able to beat approach anxiety I would suggest to do a boot camp or get a 1-to-1 session with a coach. They will push you to approach and not let you get away with chickening out.	/r/seduction	03/09/15 07:32 PM

2	Utterly confused. There's always gonna be rejections like this, and especially in daygame i'd say it's quite common. But even in a non-daygame situation, who knows what goes on in the girls' lives?
