I meant that women tend to control what types of babies are born (men tend to ask women. Women say yes or no. This isn't universal, but where it is the custom, the women have a good deal of control.) Good point. Yet, if it is the case that r/mensrights tends to define misogyny more narrowly and misandry more broadly (which seems likely), doesn't that make the statement "misandrism is taken much more seriously" especially troubling? Wouldn't that suggest, in other words, a conscious bias on top of an unconscious or lexical bias?

I find it interesting that you employ two double standards: favoring misandrists over misogynists, and favoring the genuinely hateful over the disingenuously hateful. what does this have to do with mens rights? If men's rights is concerned with gender equality, it should be concerned with trans rights. What are you ideas about innate gender differences? I don't believe gender is a social construct, not even gender roles. The reasoning is that everything is EVOLVED, even culture and social roles and religion.
