Great idea. I think I will be in the clear because she called me out of the blue today while I was at work just to chat because she was "bored on her drive to work". I'll use the wound the way you suggested, good call.

ya quite lame. i was in an accident and got stitches over the weekend. im not supposed to get direct sun exposure on the area for 2 weeks and considering it was on my face that would be hard to avoid on a hike.

I love your second point, I should have done that. She was in deep conversation so I guess it's a lost cause at that point?

this is probably a better question for the relationship reddit. my advice: just man up and ask her if she wants to go out. you could try being funny by asking if she wants to go steady or you could try being clever/romantic. either way, just do it and don't wait for the perfect moment.

If it's still a little early I turn on the tube, and get them a drink. If it's late after a night out, we both know why we are there so I walk them to my room, turn on music, maybe kiss, then freeze out by getting ready for bed (brush teeth, etc.) When I get back, 90% of the time they will go do the same and when they get back I greet them with a kiss. Game over after that.

I don't know where all this anti texting vibe is coming from but if she is sending you blocks of text it is an IOI. You should feed it but be careful not to blow it, give too much, or seem too available. The rule I follow is simple: If she wants to have a text conversation, have one and say interesting/funny things but make sure that if she ever sends something stale, do not reply. Let her send the last text every time.

I am in SF also and I would say I see a decent amount of 8's, but very few 9's. I don't rate a 10 unless she's the hottest girl I've ever seen

Don't take this the wrong way, but "Douche Block" has some moves. I love the way he number closed her by finishing with "Cool, uh what was your name again?" That's called a 'neg' something HB10's almost always need. It sounds like you know where you made your mistakes. Now, think about each of those mistakes and how they could have been avoided. In particular, do not be such a kiss-ass. It's nice to compliment once in a while but not so blatantly and not so often. Remember she hears that shit al…

i like most of these but it's never a good idea to use the words "creeper" "serial killer" etc. because it makes them think of those things in your presence.

i am attractive, athletically built (on the thin side, though), good looking and generally confident. the reason i lurk seddit and study other PUA material is that my success has always come from acquaintances or friends of friends. my goal is to be able to pull strangers at will instead of on the rare occasion.

I am all about canned opinion openers, with a twist. I read a bunch of the ones from Mystery and Style but have only tried one or two with mixed success. Instead, I form my own from real experiences. An example is one where I ask about a mutual friend dating a guy I don't like and what to do about it. I think it works because it is sincere and girls love giving relationship advice. I have also studied it ahead of time so it flows out really easy.

You'll hear Mystery say "beauty is common" quite often and I think that's a good way to handle it. You need to understand that it truly is common and does not deserve any special attention. He will often do something similar to jagermeistr's idea of just putting it out there with the exception that he says he looks for 3 things in a girl and that they have 2 of them and won't tell them what the thing they lack is.

I agree with emooz somewhat. If you are too available it's an instant turnoff for girls. You can see this for yourself anytime a girl gets clingy or is texting you too much (you lose interest right?). You have a difficult situation because you don't live in the same town most of the time but the most crucial thing is to not text her until she texts you. At this point you have set the precedent that she should contact you if she wants to see you. If you contact her it makes it look like you need …
