By that logic shouldnt we take all the murders out of prison and put them in mental health facilities. I mean you would have to be mentally unstable to take someone else's life right?
OR men rights exist because now laws are being unbalanced and in favor of one sex over the other, which is no better then the way things were before. Imagine if the government started making laws that favored black people and discriminated against white people, just because in the past the blacks were discriminated against. My (minority male) two cents.
