I guess it depends on the cause of your stuttering. Since you say that it goes through stages, it sounds like it could be anxiety. If it is then it could help. Commit yourself to try it out for a period and see what happens.

Yes seriously. Granted, this is during my quite literal monk mode.

I actually agree with this. When starting out it can be beneficial to follow a guided meditation as long as its pretty minimalistic.

Meditation is the ultimate frame builder. A lot of guys have trouble grasping frame and recognizing what sort things help or hurt their frame. Meditation builds awareness. It makes you really good at noticing what is going on, which allows you to understand the subtleties of frame and steer it in a beneficial direction. Meditation really is the ultimate frame builder. Especially for us guys who aren't naturals who have a history with anxiety. Anxiety is the ultimate frame killer.

Yes very true about lunch time. I do 45 minutes first thing in the morning and it gives me a calm present frame for the rest of the day. And a 1 hour-session before bed allows me to go to sleep fast and get quality sleep. If you continue to practice long sessions you will arrive in a place where you are grounded all the time, even if you skip a day, since your brain is rewiring itself.

Thin skinned means you have a big fragile ego. In my experience this ego is what makes you procrastinate simply because if you take action and get the job done, the result might not live up to your egos expectations. You're afraid to fail. Robert Glover writes about this in no more mr nice guy. So you have all these lofty goals and expectations of what you should achieve in life which cripples you to start taking the first small steps. So you have to let go of your ego, the goals and dreams and …

"Banging a mother and daughter at the same time" lol. You can't just drop that in that casually and expect no one to comment on it. Loved the post and the comments as well. Pleasant writing style.

Compare this attitude to that of the south american mother who loves to cook good food for her family. To see them happy, spoiled and full is a source of pride and happiness for her. This mother is also a vehicle for her culture by keeping alive traditional recipes and teaching them to her children. A duty which has been completely abandoned by western women.

I would stop the wank and continue the sex. Read up on dopamine addiction and make your own decision. This was posted on TRP recently. Simplified but good primer on dopamine. http://phoinikis.tumblr.com/post/99025669308/rules-one-and-two

Stop the wacking everyday. Not so much for test but for dopamine. And yes get your blood work done you fit the bill.

Good point. I know there are several studies out there documenting this in both fish and frog populations.

Good post. Well written. I think we highly overestimate the power of individuals to create big change. We're all children of our time, our thoughts and values are shaped early on by things beyond our control. And behind every leader is a movement riding on an underlying need for change. Change is triggered by big events, natural disasters, war, economic recessions, changing demographics etc and not so much an individuals effort.

Yes. My father exudes a lot of red pill qualities. He grew up in a small mill town pre ww2 when the world was a bit simpler. Started working in the mill at age of 14, 6 days a week. working with and learning from the old geezers. After his shift he'd go out fishing or collect and sell metal scraps. He is a great storyteller and has countless of stories of events and characters from this time and he's great at impersonating them. He is completely unselfconscious and I think this is important to b…

You probably have a constant mild stress response in your body because of your anxiety. This can cause inflammation and prevent your body from repair and maintenance since it doesn't want to spend energy on that while you are under a perceived threat (anxiety). My arthritis and eczema (inflammation in joints and skin respectively) is directly related anxiety. If this is what's going on with you I'd advice you to try nofap and meditation to get your neurochemistry in order. I don't know much abou…

"Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit upon his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats" I might be a bit dense but I took it literally. Like every man needs to be physical at times. I might have misread but still upvoted .

Good post man. I think conscription is more important than ever. Since we have generations growing up in female dominated households, little contact with nature and heeps of instant gratification through the internet and videogames. Being forced in to the army for a short period and hang around other dudes in a masculine envoirnment, testing yourself physically etc can be a really good thing.

I thought the idea was that the man is at fault here for: "He works, comes home and likes to talk to me and cuddle. It drives me crazy. I'm annoyed by everything: his lack of inner drive to improve himself, his lack of friends (and lack of need for them), his inability to take an initiative. It feels like I'm dragging this along." Sounds like a bp-guy no?

Correct for white being the larger population and you have over-representation in minority groups. http://www.statisticbrain.com/welfare-statistics/ http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2013/07/12/the-politics-and-demographics-of-food-stamp-recipients/

Hey your reasons for eating the way you do is kinda important. Check out this post. http://www.reddit.com/r/keto/comments/16or0n/science_my_doctor_likes_keto_and_paleo_his/ Your diet is related to inflammation which might be relevant both for your disability and skin issues.

I feel you man. I have two suggestions. If you watch porn, stop. Sign up for r/nofap and go clean. If it applies, your dopamine levels will normalize and you might feel less anxiety and more motivation. Second: Consider dropping out. If you feel unwelcome at uni and it's causing a lot of social stress for you, it might be better to get a job for a while. Modern universities are often very abstract, loose and lack a way of mentoring you on your way into adulthood. You might be better of finding a…

If it's any consolation the general public (especially outside of the capital) are growing increasingly tired of state feminism and multiculturalism alike. It even shows overwhelmingly in the comment field of the article.
