Your own bjj gym will have its rutines, so just ask your mestre. Just ask but i think there is no problem in what you are doing. Try doing more stuff to improve your cardio. If you didnt start yet, start exercising your neck, you will thank me : D. (bjj people will understand)

Yeah, one striking gym here has like 9 and 10 in every class. My gym is mma so its not packed. I never understood what is it with girls and muay thai, maybe its because they get fit as a plus.

learn grappling, maybe the big buy had and iron chin lol. I think boxing/mt/karate with BJJ or Wrestling is the way.But many can only do 1 so if you want to go for mma later train bjj, if you for some reason (it will go away as soon as you start learning) want to fight in bars learn Western Boxing

MT class tends to have a lot of girls. I also feel like its not worth the time to fight in the street vs noone you dont learn anything.

My chances of tearing any muscle or even having a heart attack are way lower than a gun jamming,when you have a gun you expect it to jam at some point, or do you change your glock every 6 months? I train a lot and dont have any problem with my heart conditioning and if you practiced anything you know that its really hard to tear your achilles unless you are learning something new or actually fighting with someone at your level. you forgot most mma fighters dont fight in bars, only some but probably the ones that taken the red pill are smart not to do it, first you can face jail for being trained and second you dont learn anything from a bar fight

BJJ > MT. I love striking but its the truth. If you have a mixed gym its better, but if not , do bjj. Nice post i also like mma rather than lifting, well you do lift but not that much.

unless you are Challenger 50 in league,drop it. If you are good you can get a loan or something like that i just read it. online games can kill your life, i have seen it more than once. Stick to single player games, i just play 1 or 2 hours on ff, after red pill and i played for 5+ on lol or dota before rp

im going through something like this since i moved to a new city, but just talk to people and go out till its gone, im sort of improving little by little, ofc i wasnt like this, but it seems like you should try talking to people more even in bjj, mb after an open mat or class

Well, as another bjj fighter i can tell you that you shouldnt be afriad the same way you werent in your first time trying bjj ofc its awful the first week, but you should be confident and work on your body language and approach a lot, maybe driking in this case would help
