For number 4, I've come to understand that there's more to life than pick-up and I've taken hobbies such as music production, guitar, reading books etc. I can understand that RSD is your occupation and you did say "at this point in your life" but what do you see yourself doing after RSD?

Have you tried talking to strangers during the day? Doing that regularly and easing yourself into a social attitude helps immensely. Perhaps the problem is that you're reading too much and not actually doing anything.

"Perhaps dinner or a movie?" - Slightly iffy with that. A bit hard to escalate in a movie. Dinner is somewhat common and anyone can take her out to dinner. Do something more exciting, tea shopping, wine tasting? Work off her interests. Go swimming perhaps? Beach? I believe what he's saying is that if you're in state all the time, this will impact you negatively because of your constant elevated state. If you do get out of state your mind will be saying "NO I HAVE TO STAY HERE" and in turn will keep you FURTHER out of state. And I feel you're misunderstanding his last question. There's a certain thrill of going into state which he's wondering if you enjoy it. I know I do.
