5	Sidewalks are now sexist. Top post today on TwoX has poster claiming she will move over for anyone on a sidewalk except for single men. Why, because it’s Friday and it’s men suck day. This just... isn't a gendered issue. At all. As someone who bikes regularly all types of people don't get out of the way, men, women, children, young adults, middle aged people, dogs, geese, doesn't matter. Part of the issue in general is that it's a self fulfilling prophecy. The WNBA doesn't get as large audiences so they get less marketing and money thrown at the players, so less people pay attention to the games, etc. Not disagreeing with the initial point, just pointing out that it's unfortunate that we are in thus position to begin with. 2	I don’t even know how to react to this The biggest issue right now is that the 40 hour work week was designed around having one parent work full time and the other stay at home. When this balance is upset and both partners are expected to somehow work and take care of home chores it gets overwhelming. 7	The hatred for Men in media is insane. CNN now reports that Men have a bigger carbon footprint than women, because of cars and meat of course. Venture crews and sea scouts have existed in the US for years and they are both co-ed. In addition, nearly every other country in the world with a scouting program has been co-ed for years as well. I would argue that both sexes are equally capable of sexual predation, and if women start being punished equally for it we will see a notable drop in the number of female offenders. 2	Boy Scouts Are Dead: How Feminism Is Destroying Young Men I actually am ok with girls being allowed in scouts, as a recent Eagle Scout and someone who has worked at summer camps with female staff, I don’t see any reason why they should not be allowed. If girls want to have the experience that Boy Scouts offers, why not let them? Also, the United States is one of few, maybe the only one, who still doesn’t allow girls into scouts.
