I think it’s sorta an internal unconscious reaction I’ve noticed in the past. We all have our own internal biases, and you don’t always realize it right away but later upon further reflection.

So I’m of the camp that it sounds good in theory. However, I think the issue at least coming from an American perspective is that we are so unaccustomed to women being forward and assertive that it throws us off. It’s definitely happened to me and it sets off internal alarms. Almost like a red flag but not quite, maybe an orange flag. My basic thought process is why is this women doing these things? What’s wrong with her?

As someone who has been on and off match for longer than I care to admit, the numbers of girls on match has gone down a lot. So they might have a higher percentage of women but their user base is much smaller. It’s too bad because I prefer that method for dating.

If you are talking and she says something funny compliment her. If the wind blows her hair in a certain way you like compliment it. When I first got into the PUA stuff, I started attempting to sell life insurance as well. I noticed a lot of parallels between sales and picking up women. When I moved into digital marketing I started to see the same thing, just that the product is myself, and I'm trying to separate myself from the noise/competition. It's actually great how bad some guys are online, as it makes it super easy to standout.

I'm not sure why I do better on match over Okcupid. However apps like tinder, hitch and bumble are more text based short messages, which I don't have a good system for. Also profiles are much less descriptive. My strategy on match is to use a template that mentions something about their profile and also mention all the emails they get from wierdos. Depends on the platform as well. I kill it on match, suck at every other platform. I got it down to a 3 email system on match with great templates that works so well.
