what do you mean 'sexual compatible', fair enough. One of my fears has been maintaining abstinence until marriage, and then finding that we have completely conflicting kinds/fetishes in practice. I've seen the topic come up in sex and relationship subs a fair bit. What happens if I feel more comfortable in a dominant role and she finds she has femdom preferences, or has to feel more proactive? What happens if she needs to be the submissive part of the power dynamic and I end up really enjoying p…

I know its probably a faux paus to say so, but I've seen many examples of strong Christian women who have been part of very healthy, enviable relationships. Not new marriages but ones that I'd witnested for 8+ years. Their respect for their husband was evident in every part of that household, and it formed a pretty clear dichotomy growing up. The ones I see now married to my buddies are pretty shitty, and unhealthy, though for the most part people would write it off or just say that that's what …

Is the sex thing in itself a disqualifier or an indication of deeper personlaity traits? Grew up in the church and when I was interested in dating the brief stint I did, I had held on to the Virgin marriage thing too. Now I'm in monk mode and not really having any rush to jump into an ltr, but the realization that the expectations of a virgin bride within even the Christian community is a tall order, and seeing so many things on how much of a deal breaker sexual compatability is, I've began to s…

Right? Getting paid 8 times my salary to travel the world having sex with someone I'm attracted to would be like James Bond shit.

Some of it is. I feel that posted content must be heavily scrutinized though, as even within the community there are people misaplying the principles and from what I understand the resources offered aren't necessarily a complete all-or-nothing package. This would be understandable in any other community, but isnt something at the forefront of your mind when your wored view is shaken and you're clinging to this as your new lifeline.

I'll go back over it. Red pill hit me too hard too fast when it did and caused me a lot of grief and depression as the thinges I observed lined up with the things I read but conflicted with my dreams and values. I'm starting to get a more who listing understanding of it, understand and break things down bit by bit, discarding what I can't deal with religiously and morally. Its been about 3 months since I started into it again but I've lost 30 lbs, can place value in myself again, and have terrib…

Stupid follow up question and I'm not op, but the advice from women portion would just be for relationships, yeah? Like its totally fine to have female friends made through pursuing hobbies and coming to them for advice as subject-matter experts? Ie they're amazing painters/writers/composers/whatever

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
