You have incorrectly described the Hegelian Dialectic. Hegel described the dialectic as Abstract, Negative, Concrete. I read a point in a body language book that stated since verbal communication evolved after our bodies we were very in tune with the body language of others since it conveyed the information we desired. We have never lost that attention to body language...that's why we get those "gut feelings" and other means of intuition when we are faced with a person conveying an idea with their words, but their body language is conveying a totally different truth.
