If they’re getting drunk to have sex like in the example I’d think it’s fine even if the other party is sober, because they went into it with the intention of having sex. If it’s not their intent but they’re both drunk I’d say it’s sketchy but neither party is exactly in the wrong.

I’d say neither are at fault if both are drunk provided that neither set out with the intention of drunk sex. It’s a weird and blurry line though.

yeah, the children that beat the US women's soccer team didn't demand pay Honestly they probably let them win, its generally the done thing when playing against children.
