My biggest advice is, stay away from most processed foods. If you have to make it your self, your likely to be more conscious of what your eating and how much your making. Plus, processed foods have a bunch of added junk that I don't think is good for anyone. As for how many times a day, really depends on your life. Some people really need the calories in the morning to jump their day. If you really want to shave calories but need breakfast, cut your dinner and lunch portion down a bit. Or eat s…

I'm mixed so I don't know if I count. But the model RPW seems to be white at least on social media... That coupled with the fact black women are stereotyped to be lazy, angry, and unfeminine is very sad. (See posts all the time where a white mom would post something and everyone WOW's and AWE's but a black mom does it and there's like a whole world of criticism) Either way it doesn't affect how I personally do things, it doesn't benefit them, just me and my family.

Honestly coconut oil and olive oil. I apply the olive oil to my face using a face brush, wash with cold water and soap, then massage a bit of coconut oil on. Makeup is a tinted moisturized/ sun screen low coverage, maybe a light eyeliner if I'm looking to pop. For the most part hair goes up with some wispies.
