Update********** Everything is worked out perfectly fine and were as I suspected. -Transferered Oedipus complex. -Very different family structure -Very different bed-time routine ( long because of so many prayers!). Very comfortable with affectionate with each other. Vs. my smaller, atheist family with no other males, and very little physical interaction. Spankings were strictly punishment. It just seemed extra weird from my stand-point. The kid is in her " seeing boys differently" phase: She ha…

Hello, He's not touchy with his other sisters or weird in any sense.I've never felt uncomfortable around any of them once. It's just with this one kid and it was only with the bum slaps. Not any other time or place. I think she's just seen her older sisters dance to K pop, which can be suggestive but it's mostly feminine and not twerking or anything. I think she's just a weird, hyper kid. Today we all hung out perfectly fine and she went and bit his face gently before going to bed. Like a huge, …

I ended up watching Clueless for the first time; it certainly is red-pilled. I feel as though it was just starting to touch on when the blue-pills started to be fed into our media and teen movies. I want to re-visit a lot of late 90's movies and see right around where things went downhill. I'm guessing 2000 onwards, but it could be earlier. It was a slow, creeping slope up. Or down, depending on how you look at it. So what I thought was not 100% ideal: She's a bit ditzy, she's materialistic, and…

I loved all the movies with Kate Blachette and I loved the Tudors so I have a feeling this is right up my alley. After I'm done Mad Men I'll be watching this. Thanks :D.

Okay, I absolutely need to see this again. I had a hard time getting over the characters melodrama waif-manic pixie dreamgirl act I don't think I ever completed it. That lack of perception is what I get for being judgemental. This will be the very next movie I watch, thanks :).

I've seen Groundhog day once but never looked at it from that point of view. I'm going to give that a try next since I really enjoy studying human behaviour as well. I haven't seen The Mask in years. I think I want to look at some of the older classics first, but it's something I'll keep in mind :).

You're secret's safe with me. I haven't heard of any of those, so I'll add it to the list. I really like older movies and just saw " It's a wonderful life" for the first time around Christmas this year and it's so beautiful.

I've read the book and it's phenomenal. As someone who is not great with controlling my emotions I was fascinated by Sayuri and how much she had to contain and transform about herself throughout the book. I'm glad to see others enjoyed it too :). Was there anything in the book that really stood out to you? The movie had a very large differences from the book but it does the beauty of the practise and the amazing outfits justice. It's also nice to see post-WW2 Japan and the cultural shift that we…

I love Kitty so so so so much. I agree. I like Joan, from Mad Men, and the story line and costumes, but the infidelity isn't the best. I think you hit the nail on the head with those two movie suggestions! Plus they're fun and perfect with some Moscatto, hair dye, nails and masks since they're girly. Thanks a lot :D.

Gone with the Wind is a favourite of mine!!! She may like The Princess Diaries, that's not a bad suggestion She's very light-hearted and enjoys things like Gossip girl. I just feel like Gossip Girl can be a touch toxic so this seems like a nice match to her. I have never seen Casablanca. I'll ask her. Thanks :)

To me I think the age is too old for a few reasons: One, the crush-like behaviour she has on her brother ( albeit normal) indicates to me that she is changing how she views men, and is learning about different types of love and relationships slowly, hence her confusion with me and curiosity about what I do with him. I think she was doing that butt waggle things because she watchers her older sisters do K-pop dance routines. For the record, yes there is bum shaking and NO I am not jealous when th…

Thank you for your perspective :). As far as I can tell, she has no anxieties, nightmares or anything else. She just likes being cuddled, and she has a room issue. The room she sleeps in she shares with two other sisters, so she falls asleep in her mom/ dad's room, and when the two older sisters go to bed they take her into the other room. Her dad and he help her fall asleep faster or calm her down after a temper tantrum.

Okay, this has been a really great discussion and I am so relieved to have this resource. Thank you all so much. So, what seems to be the most common and supported theory is that families vary greatly on touching and closeness and while it's different to me, and maybe a bit odd it's harmless. Things may be prolonged and done at an older age because she is the last of a big family. Now, with this information I'd have to see how I'd react to the spankings/ night-cuddles but I have a feeling with h…

I appreciate that you wanted to help out. To be honest, I found the wiggling in front of him to be oddly sexual and the knee thing too. Looking back on it it sees to be done innocently. I have babysat kids before around the ages of 6-9 and they don't seem to understand the inappropriateness of their actions, like keeping their legs spread, sucking on objects for prolonger periods of time while making eye-contact with a male, touching their private parts and other things. They don't understand th…

I'll ask my partner and his parents what they think. Maybe he and I can take her to Mc Donald's or something. Er, scratch that, probably something a little better than McD's. I'd have to be careful though, or the four other siblings might get jealous and we'd have to bust open our wallets... Thanks for weighing in. Not to be a kiss-ass but I was hoping you'd be one of the respondents; your advice on this forum has been solid.

This makes a lot of sense to me. I noticed the whole family babies her a lot and she gets treated very differently from the rest. I think the parents may have issues letting go of the " final baby". Okay, phew. Personally, honestly, it's just so 100% different from my family and what I've seen that I had NO idea what to make of it. I'm so relieved to hear many think it's normal. Haha, yeah. Her dad did mention she asked questions about me and if I were going to be a new sister and such in the initial first months. I thought it was cute and it didn't concern me. From that time onward I did my best to play games with her. I always invite her to snuggle the two of us on the couch and to sit on me. I pick her up and give her horsey rides and joke around with her. I certainly don't dislike the kid or feel paranoid or stressed when she is around. I'll brush her hair and play dolls too. M…

Yeah to be honest I don't remember cuddling my family much or seeing my sister be cuddled. If we did at all it ended a long time prior to grade one, from what I can tell. Yeah it's the spanking that gets me, not the cuddling. Although falling asleep together at that age bothers me a bit. I asked him about it and he said he thought it was cute. That's fair I suppose. I asked at what age it would level out at and he said he wasn't sure. I asked if 12 years old would still be appropriate and he gav…

I think the * beg for a spanking* is a touch hamstering.... but I do agree in that it's odd and was the last straw for me. I found it odd that she wiggled in front of him like that and he just started batting, not tapping, her butt. Like a ONE SMAck wait a few seconds, ANOTHEr smack e,t,c The odd thing I didn't want to mention because I felt like it might be paranoia and leading was that he made this face where he sticks his jaw out and has an intense look of concentration and his pupils get lar…

Hello thank you all so much on weighing in on such a complex and delicate situation. I actually need to study for my midterm at 1 pm, but it's been hard not checking in. Something I want to update on is not weather her behaviour is odd, she is young and even if she were " at fault" it's not possible to hold her accountable. It seems now very reasonable she transferred her natural Oedipus complex onto her brother, who is a stronger male role model than her father as I suspected, but was unsure if…

Okay, thank you. I had wondered if it was normal for kids to have a " crush" on their older siblings; it's quite common for fathers hence the oedipus complex. I did some research online and surprisingly found nothing of the sort but odd horror stories between siblings. Cerainly did not help! haha. Hence my posting here. A lot of members here are honest, and also have experience with different families than myself- most of my friends are only child/ have the same gendered siblings.

Where did I state I was jealous? I like that they are cuddly and one of the reasons I chose him was because he had so many siblings (all female) and were aware of female issues, and was close to them. I'm not jealous of the attractive 16 or 22 year old, so why would I be jealous of a 7 year old? To me, the behaviour is extremely different from my family and one I'm not used too. I find her to be a bit too old for that behaviour, but I may be looking at this from an adult lense, and not a 7 year …

Kids are indeed odd. At Thanksgiving at their grandmas she was on the floor under the table and I was next to him in the chair. She then got on her knees between his legs and said to me " I'm going to do something weird to my brother but you can't tell anyone, okay?". She then made eye contact with him and stayed there for a bit, but then gave him a raspberry on his belly. lol Kids, man. Really are weird and they don't see how different behaviour has to be when you become an adult. What about hi…

-I tend to deal with stress by helping others, and I'm more interested in others than helping myself; it sets me back a lot. Finding time and motivation to clean after work. Stop buying fast food and cook. Need to work on small talk and talk about something other than politics. Need to work on keeping quiet and being less impulsive when I speak. TL;DR: A lot.

Great idea, thank you. Unfortunately I don't really have any books to give her. After taking the one honest neurology course at my school it really broke home that men and women are different. Yeah, she mentions that this guy really likes her and when I asked why she didn't like him she said he " wasn't so attractive". I said something along the lines of not being attractive to someone can hurt our feelings, but it doesn't make the other person bad. She agrees but it's a shrugging off thing. It takes time. I'm encouraging her to get a pair of used skates online and come skating with me to help us both tone up. I'm worried if I just mention she's fat and that's why, and she already has…

For some reason I love getting a coconut oil hair mask going. It's kinda messy but I know in the am I'll have super smooth hair. Once she tells you to F off, F off. Leave her alone to make her own mistakes, but do not involve yourself in any way in her obsession with this guy Hey, thank you so much. I am 26 and she is 27.I feel it's a bit old for this stuff but honestly with the people who were in our social circles and with the behaviour with girls at our university it's hard to stay 100% judgemental and mad at her. Oh, I know. Feminists are full of contradictions like that. When I was in a 2 year monogamous relationship " poly" people I rejected would go around saying I had aids and all this stuff. I'm hoping to slowly get her on the redpill but it's a journey we generally have to make on our own.

She can be a bit odd but she is a genuinely nice person. She's never had a boyfriend before and she has a hard time attracting guys. I think her lack of male experience and really wanting/ needing a boyfriend and feeling lonely is causing this. I do agree she is going off the rails a bit though. I'd really like help slowly getting her back on a normal track.

Ah, it must have been really close if you're still upset by it. After you guys broke up you waited how long to date this new guy?
/r/RedPillWomen16/12/16 11:37 PM

I would not. My partner and I waited a long time to chose to commit, and over a month after being official and meeting with the family before we slept together. We are very happy and close and the relationship is not about sex; sex is secondary. Make the relationship about the relationship and your personalities first, then let the sex come after commitment. Things work out healthier that way. Desire for once another goes a very, very long way. It will also preserve your new relationship energy …

Oh, that is harsh. I'm sorry, I sort of have a different problem with my long-term relationships so I'm not sure what the best advise is. I see where you're coming from and felt your response was wel thought-out and gave me a lot to think on. Oh yeah, if a woman is being beyond the plae awful, or a man, they should be able to ' walk out and leave' and come back after they've cooled off, and decided they wanted to continue dating. This is different than the post though, as she had a small transgression and he left her to " punish he" for it. That's the fine line between standing your ground, and abuse. Sir, I think there may be a misunderstanding, and It's probably my fault since I am not a succinct writer. Sorry about this. I agree that females use hypergamy to find a mate. I know a girl can use that to get a guy of higher value short-term, but since the SMV's don't match there will be no commitment. SMV is a tool to help find a good and balanced mate with the best trait trade off between one another. However, hypergamy ideals that are delusional, say from Chad banging on Tinder, causes emoti…

Don't let yourself be bullied or sell yourself short. Lots of men respect women who wait at least three months. There are books on it too, I found one written by a red-pilled man but I cannot find it online. The author is African American, if that helps. I find a lot of men say otherwise due to plate mentality. That, or their " bros" make them THINK it's what they want. Now, my partner IS catholic, but he's not militant; he was not a virgin prior to meeting me. He is very picky and a family man …

Well, women are naturally hypergamous. It seems to become an issue when a woman doesn't find the best mate for her. Then she is always looking for the best outside of the relationship. It's excessive hypergamy that's an issue. If I am wrong on how this works, can someone correct me? I'd like to make sure I've interpreted things correctly.

Sometimes it's really hard to wait until marriage and unrealistic with a lot of guys who are not 100% traditional. Unless a man: ~Wants you to be his gf. ~Introduces you as his gf. ~ Is proud, and tells you so, of being your bf. ~ Introduces you to his family. ~ Talks about having a future together. Then I would not sleep with a man. Three months minimum is firm but it works much better if it's longer. It's worked for me and is working well for two of my friends. I'm not an expert here so I hope a moderator chimes in if I'm wrong, but a woman should focus on finding the best for her value that is a match. Generally, the match is a trade off for looks, home-making skills, nurturing capabilities and relationship maintenance ( women) for providing factors, masculinity, and the ability to provide(men). By no means does this mean that you should go for a guy you find unattractive; attraction needs to be there for a healthy relationship. But if you're not a Se…

Society and the relationship overall. Female hypergamy often leads to cheating and not feeling satisfied. Hence why it is important to do proper vetting and find a man worthy of respect and loyalty. Constantly looking for the best and feeling unsatisfied with your mate can lead to mental health problems and cheating. Plus, attractiveness is more of a male desire; women should focus on dominance ( not domineering), respect, status, and ability to provide for a family. I could be wrong as I am qui…

It's good he gave causation and acceptable lines. If he feels you are too aggressive then I feel you taking responsibility and making a change is the right move. I'm pretty sure withholding sex is a form of manipulation that is not tolerated in the manosphere and is not very red-pilled. I don't think I implied otherwise. In terms of my implications, what I meant was if you didn't do something severe, and the partner is not taking time away from the relationship to think on it and see if it's salvageable, it's in the abuse/ manipulation territory. I think the solution involves fixing imbalance, rather than needing to go for someone above your league. I've been with less attractive guys, and they DO get insecure and abusive; especially if they are very Liberal. They have no issues using a woman for sex, but they are terrible about their fear of being used for money. Uncontrolled insecurity often leads to abuse. They also wanted all the traditional female gender roles, but to give none of the male roles, and to ensure the lady pays for ever…

Not so much SJW, but the whole " whateveah, I do what I want!". " Treat yo self!" every day, even thought money is super tight... and the whole "Obesity positivity" movement got her. It just makes me so sad for her. She has weight problems, and is embracing it now. Only, it doesn't work, and she looks so miserable in all her photos. She lashes out at m…

I'm interested as well. Thank you.

:(. It's so awful we have to live in fear with this. It's not like we are trying to infringe on other people's rights. We just want to exercise ours and do what feminism was supposed to do; give us choice! I don't understand why our way of life is so evil. There are so many talents, hobbies and skills that go into being a house wife. With used University book stores, online sources, and with half of us ( or more) being university educated it's so easy to maintain education. I just don't get it :…

This is really, really good advice and I'm going to read it whenever I feel myself drifting away from being good and reasonable. Thank you. Monogamy and loyalty takes work like anything else, and it's important to take responsibility for actions that may lead to straying. I find a lot of the times I presented myself as blameless, when in reality I full well knew I was doing things I shouldn't have. This set me straight. I find society doesn't illustrate that it's hard work and mindfulness, and i…

Two months was not a big deal to me because that's even sillier than three. It was also not something we agreed to, so there was no need to be upset. I do think, in retrospect, I shouldn't have even thought of ,or mentioned two months. That probably, unintentionally, led to a greater blow up since it was "forgetting" more often.

Noted. There is certainly change needed on my end which is why I came here.

Hm. We met in March and dated very casually and carefully until July. I wanted to scope things out, and we wanted to meet the family and take our time before committing. No other people were seen and we were not physically intimate. We are both very busy right now, but he is more busy than I am. I think I need more productive ways to occupy my time to fill the gaps. I asked if it is too much on him to have a committed relationship and take a bit of time apart until that settles ( without seeing …

That's very fair. I don't want him to do things just to make me happy, I want him to enjoy life and our time together. I do have a question though, how do you discern between being nitpicky and expecting matching, and a genuine disregard and lack of effort, respect, and appreciation for me? I have had issues where I've had partners put no effort into me while I did all the work, planning, gifts, and general effort. This is probably baggage and not having a clear distinction made my anger far wor…

Hello, you put a lot of thought into your response, thank you. Ballets are not his thing, but he said he would be very happy to go with me and try it, since he knows I like it so much. We also made a lot of jokes about it together, and he really warmed up to the idea. In my anger while I had an inkling I was being silly, I didn’t realize the full extent. Additionally, I just wanted to make it clear he wasn’t one of those millennials obsessed with Pokemon and video games, and nothing else. He has…

Well, it was a joke we agreed on. It was more that we agreed to do something together and he forgot or disregarded it, and it's happened a few times. To me, keeping plans are as important as being on time. He had every choice in the world to not agree in advance to use it as an excuse to cuddle and hang out once things got busy during the year for us. I do see what you mean, and it is best to not keep tabs. I felt, on average, that I put a lot more thought and effort in the relationship, and it'…

Oh, I didn't think of all that. Sorry! As for humble bragging, I now see how it was the case. It wasn't my intentions though, I've just noted others gave background and social experience.

I too have this problem and it makes me really sad :(. Don't get me wrong, the advice here is great! But keeping one in-line is much easier in person, and a really great, in-person bond with another lady is invaluable. It would also be amazing to meet up and do feminin things together, like making bath bombs, trying new recipes, learn sewing e.t.c. None of my female friends want to do that, not even the more feminine ones; they'd rather watch netflicks and shop, or get plastered, or gossip about…

He won't work out, and is quite thin. This is something I wish he'd take up, to be honest. Otherwise his hygiene is great and I find him very attractive. Things I am happy he has not taken up; I'm 26 and he is 25. We are 11 months apart. He knows I desire 1-2 children before I am 30. It seems we are both working towards that financially and the like.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
