There would have to be a qualifier that proves that it was a lie, rather than be unproved. It's kind of how Libel has to be proven to be a targeted attack to discredit someone, so the news are generally not worried.

I feel like uncircumcised penises look weird Dude, all penises looks weird. are way harder to clean I dont see why they would be. Unless you have a very tight foreskin (at which point you should probably have a circumcision anway) you just pull it back and clean it. Considering you have a skin-sock covering your dickhead, you'll have a lot less crap there anyway.

That's not only a question for philosophers, but an entire branch of philosopy. My personal opinion is that once we have computers/robots with fully sentient AI, who can express emotions and creativity, they should have rights. Not necessarily the same rights as humans (because that doesn't make sense in some cases), but similar.

Funnily enough, the Old Spice commercials with Isaiah Mustafa (The Man Your Man Could Smell Like) were marketed as to make women buy Old Spice for their men. I realize that there's a huge difference between bodywash and lingerie, but I just wanted to point out that there are instances where the essence of what you described happens.

The difference is that those commercials aren't demonizing any person based on gender, sexuality or anything else, really. I haven't seen the commercial, but it seems from the comments that the underlying message is that all dads are bad people and they should be better.

Anything can be funny. You are the one that decides if you think that rape jokes are funny or not. There is a difference between never cracking a distasteful joke, and chosing what jokes to tell where and when. Personally, despite being a scout leader myself, I can find jokes about scout leaders and pedophilia hilarious.

The one I remember the most came from a parent we dubbed "Psycho-dad" in loving memory of Married with Children. He basicly said "Isn't it kid of weird that grown men tend to young girls?" It comes off as a bit more brash when translated than it did in swedish. Basicly, he insinuated that we were pedophiles. There's only one excuse for putting your hands on another person; they are in need of assistance that requires you to touch them. It doesn't matter if you're in costume or not, medical emergencies or similar is the only excuse.

Well, touching is definitely understanding, but if you are dressing up to look like a video game character, at a video game convention, then people are going to take pictures. You'll just have to deal with having your picture taken or not cosplay at conventions...

That's why you have a clause to the law that says that if you are in a position of trust (teacher, mentor, trainer etc.), the age is raised. In sweden, the age of consent is 15, unless they are in a position of trust, where the age is raised to 18.
