Yeah, i think i will mix them both :). Two long-term-goals and one short term goal than only lasts 1-4 months so i can achieve it quickly. thanks for the podcast recommendition

Yeah like i said useless things :D i'm drinking alcolhol as well and also meet my plate but there are much better things i can do with my time. ;) You should see these activities as a reward not as a permanent solution.

Many people here are against computer games... I think gaming itself is not wrong. It's like alcohol or other "useless" things. There are always things who don't give you progress or make you better. But you also need something to come down, to relax, get energy back. And this is the point where i think gaming is good. If you don't enjoy it and you just do it cause you are used to do it. STOP IT!

I think you should start with an easier form of a pull up and get more reps through this. Than you can start with more normal pull ups

I am in my 20's but i already hit the gym ;) just looking for new ideas to improve my self. I am a long time lurker in TRP and it's a common opinion here that the ONLY REAL WAY is the gym with 5x5. I was curious about the why ;)

Thank you, i read all of the answers and some are ... let's say typical ;) Next time i write my own opinion in the question too so a better discussion can be achieved. It's not like i dont trained with weights and stuff like this. The problem that i see is that some of the exercises aren't natural and functional for your body. Of course if you can do a one leg squat 15x3 easily you should put some extra weight there so you have a progress. to be honest i was very curious why some of the fitness …
