This has been posted with zero irony awareness. "Former US President George Bush summarizes in one sentence [out-group] perspective towards [in-group]." "Too often do we judge [out-group] by their worst examples while judging [in-group] by our best intentions." For real?

Alright, so again, I am not saying anything. I'm saying that there are Other people who make arguments, common arguments, sometimes used by people who can read. This is NOT to say those arguments are correct OR incorrect, but that they are there that they exist and that it seems that OP and several others are completely unaware of them and seem to have missed the point a bit, regardless of how smart/stupid that point may be, in their response to this article. In case you couldn't tell, I typed t…

Again, I don't think anything on the topic. I'm just saying that the title of the post seems to reflect an in accurate understanding on the feminist perspective of penis-voting. There is context there that OP seems unaware of. I personally expect nothing good of the average voter, regardless of which limb or organ they choose to vote with. Penises, brains, arms, whatever. They all seem pretty unable to weigh anything with a lack of bias or modicum of sense yielding terrible results for all invol…

Pretty sure that the lack of a female candidate, save for one in the 80s, can be used as an example of men voting with their penises. Look, i ain't saying that people should vote with their genitals, although, if my was long enough and dexterous enough, I would, but you're talking about an issue that has long been around with men and voting. The fact that she's talking about voting with her vagina is almost certainly a reflection of the notion that men vote based on gender lines. Alright, downvo…

Or it's about two theories that back a specific set of statistics that you just project your bullshit onto.... man.

First of all, there's no need to be all insulting. Seriously, chill out a bit. Second, I'm actually trying to do what I normally do when I get downvoted which is point out that shit isn't so simple, as "Her have vjj, him have wang so she no get charge.". There's clearly a whole list of reasons that for him to recieve a charge but there is clearly a split in whether or not she should be charged, depending on who you take as the witness. If you actually read my responses, I have stated several tim…

It's not about deserving, it's about what is and isn't legal. And she didn't start running until after he was down for ten minutes, too. Which could mean she was trying to see if he was okay or it could mean she sat around making fun of him.

I could see that. He might have got her there if he hadn't choked the witnesses, too.

Well, after the dude assaulted the girl, he did go on to assault two other people who who not trying to harm him but were trying to stop him from further violence. If the kick wasn't accidental and if they weren't playing, the woman should get charged. But it's understandable that she isn't since the man who got kicked in the balls is the only person offering an alternative story. Most people charged of a crime change the story to make themselves look more innocent, and that's not saying that he…

Devil's Advocate response. You are forewarned. Here's the thing: with out clown college half assed penal system, she would be better served by some sort of psychological help rather than a stay in prison. She would be. not the victim. While this is a double standard, sexism discussion nightmare, prison for consensual sex is a tough sell to a humanist. If it was a dude and a fouteen year old girl, they would have set him on fire, for sure, but I always feel that these situations are tricky to loo…

The very term "feminist" implies lopsidedness. While still valid, and it is, it would be better to be about equal sex rights instead of trying to bring up just one gender.
