I suggest using two terms: conception fraud and child custody control abuse. This is such a basic part of the dynamic in US, even if the women doesn’t leave she and her partner both know that she has the power and this effects the relationship allowing men to be treated like crap. I’m sure there are angels out there, but really who has t experienced this- before kids she treats you like gold, after kids she takes you for granted, even if she didn’t femtrap you, it’s still a similar dynamic, you …

He is trying to balance the trade deficit, that is very important, but I agree military spending is bad, although it’s better than going to war like every other president in the last 30 years has and it’s a economic demand side stimulus. I do hate obama care, I don’t expect much from trump or any president on healthcare the system is rotten from the inside out killing people way more than it helps and only allowing true freedom of medical choice and reforming the standard. Of care and insurance …

wow you guys are really well read on this stuff, I have no idea who any of these people are and can only somewhat follow what you taking about. The frankfurt school is something that I have not looked that deeply into, are there any good documentaries on this? The best info that I have seen on what I think of as cultural marxism is the KGB Brezmenoff lectures. I don't really like the term because I know that it has an offputting feel for a lot of people and seems kind of "conspiracy-ish" so plea…

capitalism/socialism is a spectrum, you never have a pure version of either. regarding the foundations, are they capitalist? in a way yes but in a way no, they are the tools of the rich, yes, but they are also dependent on the special status they have granted to them by the gov. and they often lobby for socialist policies (in the broad sense of any expansion of gov. power.) That's why I think it's a false dichotomy, and really we are just talking about assholes vs. honest people.

I would not characterize them as "capitalist" since capitalism follows principles like free market exchange, maybe "corporatist" would be more accurate, or just "assholes"

Patriarchy has been defined by a feminist (my wife) as "oppression by men as a group of women as a group." I just say "if we are in a patriarchy, then how can there me mass incarceration of men? Clearly this is oppression of everyone, not just women."

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
