It is not just about abstaining but releasing the emotional need for it that really changes your life. It is not easy but definitely worth as you just feel more alive and the way you should feel. Porn and masturbating is almost an unnoticed poison drip if you still do it.

The guy I told you about above has a great video on how to connect with women. Just type it into YouTube and watch it. It is not just how to connect to women but to people in general. As far as your suicidal thoughts go: don't do it man. I have been there and I think a lot of people are. You say you have a shameful memory. I don't know what it is about and you don't have to share it if you don't want to but it might help to tal to someone about it and to learn some mindfulness mediation. The guy…

If you are confused it means you don't have clarity and what you think you want is not in congruency with yourself. I got into pick up and TRP because I thought it would help me to get a girlfriend. I am not here to tell you what lifestyle to live or if what you believe is right or wrong but I am going to tell you to challenge your own thinking. The idea that men shouldn't be sensitive is a fucking lie. There are women that don't want sensitive men but the rest does. I haven't met a lot of women…

Congratulations dude :) I just started my business as well. I am 20, sick and tired of the whole women chasing bullshit and if everything goes as planned I will do £30k+ profit this year. Heading for £1M+ till the end of 2020.

Treat them like people and just see them as normal human beings. Don't have any goal but just be friendly and have a good conversation. That is half the deal. You can learn the rest once you have done that.

I know what you mean man. I have had a lot of things in the past that I didn't know how to get but what I have realised is that you need to follow what you already know. A lot of other people's advice is not necessarily the right advice for you and normally it is only a small problem that keeps people from having what they want. Also what happens a lot is that people have to have a thing they don't really need. It is cool to have relationships, sex and all the good stuff, but happiness always co…

I struggled with the same thing but I think the best way to go is to make them your friends first. It is a social environment and you don't want to be know as some creep and get your reputation all fucked up

Of course man. I didn't believe that I could get girls for a long time but looking back I realised that I have always had good friendships with women and a lot of girls start to chase me these days. I think the main reason is that I am a very caring person, I want to get to know everyone for who they really are and I listen to them for real. I am very indirect and make people comfortable very fast.

I feel like anxiety really is only there because someone craves something they don't need and act non genuine because of it.

Pretty interesting post man. I will agree with a lot of the stuff you have said, especially also with the focusing on making more money and having other hobbies and interests. It is definitely something I will focus on a lot more from here on out. I have never really had the need to get with that many chicks anyhow. It has always been more like: "If she comes over it is cool and if she doesn't then it is cool too". I really don't give a fuck at this point and girls chase me to the point to where…

By not needing women at all and just letting them chase you if they want to and not caring if they don't.

I feel like at the end of the day you can really only be your own saviour. I am at the point where I don't give a shit anymore. If a woman wants to just fuck then so be it and if she wants a relationship then so be it. I don't have to have sex. I have other goals in life and pursuing women is not the goal. Funny enough it makes them chase me. So what I am saying is that there will never be a perfect life. My parents have been together for a long time and I definitely have seen working relationsh…

Yeah man. Chasing never really works well. I know a ton of guys that didn't chase chicks and still ended up dating super hot, cool and nice girls while building other amazing areas in their life. The moment you do nothing they will do most of the stuff for you, you will just need to let them seduce you and just move along with it.

Man shit, I have got the same problem as well. I talked to some people here and there as if they are class mates which they are but there are no real friendships developing out of this. Now as far as chicks go: most guys in college don't even approach chicks. I have talked to some and they were cool but didn't get their number cause I don't really care. The thing I realised though is that most guys are pretty lame with girls. I feel like in a social environment like college you can't really run …

Of course. It is true that most relationships these days just fail and I am personally at the point where even if some chick chases me, I don't really care anymore. I just feel like everyone should know what is right for them. I don't see myself not marrying some chick at some point but that doesn't mean that I will.

Well I will just say that everyone has their own truth. If someone thinks that promiscuous sex is the way to go, then by all means do it but assuming that a long lasting relationship without fighting and cheating is impossible to achieve is simply wrong. Obviously choosing the right partner plays a huge part in this. The thing I hate most about TRP and a lot of the pickup concepts is that it is a thing that everyone is supposed to do but it is the wrong thing for a lot of people that would norma…

I remember two years ago, when I hadn't studied any of this TRP/MGTOW material and was just chilling most of the time and still had a girl being interested in me. At the time I was too afraid to make a move and the is why I got into redpill and pickup. Three years later I still don't have a girlfriend and that is not because I couldn't have one but because I never was aligned with what I truly wanted and to find a way to build a relationship in a respectful manner. I saw the MGTOW stuff and it d…

Lol MGTOW is a bunch of narcissist that claim to know everything about every woman when in reality most of these guys are just letting women treat them in any kind of way because they are chasing them. I don't care about some study and you shouldn't either. One thing I have found his that when men start to ask too many questions they start to get brainwashed with shit. It is the same like TRP, all the things you are supposed to do, instead of fixing the one or two things that you are struggling …

Agreed man. If someone has the need to fuck different women then they should also be willing to pay some hooker to do it, but that would be weak, right? It is just a bunch of sociopathic idiots that are looking for instant gratification, nothing more.

Well we have a lot of people here as well that go to clubs and stuff, so for them it might be more common even though a lot of people here don't really have pick up skills. I personally did go to clubs in the past but it is just not for me. Another thing I have found is that since I stopped watching porn my view on this has changed as well. I have never been into casuals but since stopping porn I see people differently and I think that the hookup culture and porn have a pretty strong correlation…

Not necessaraiy if the end goal for both parties is being communicated clearly, which it isn't often times though. If someone is just looking for a relationship and the other for a hookup and it is not clear then I see this as manipulation.

I will say this: we all have done shit in the past that we regret. I have as well and I thought similar than you for several years just until recently. I thought about visiting prostitutes too and it was for similar reasons like your own. Honestly: a man that visits a prostitute vs. a man that goes to some night club and tricks a woman into casual sex in my opinion actually has more honesty and for me actually has a higher stand, simply because both parties know what it is about. Obviously we bo…

See: this is not about the guy but about you. Some guy will be ok with it and some won't. When I say 'easy', what I mean is that to me personally I could never sleep with a person that I don't have a bond with and I know a lot of people that wouldn't either. There is a difference between a bond and attraction. Just because I am attracted to someone's looks, social status or fun energy doesn't mean I would sleep with them. Just because some hot girl would offer me sex right there and then wouldn'…

First of all: what does a 'normal social life' even mean man? Everyone is different at socialising and I think that yes, for some women it is true that she could sleep with a ton of guys but it doesn't mean that she will. I definitely know a lot of women that wouldn't sleep with guys that they are not in a relationship with and I also know women that wait for years for a guy that doesn't just want sex. Also I think this heavily depends on the region you seem to be in. I feel like a lot of the th…

I will actually tell you something from my perspective as a man that may be a little bit hard to believe but a lot of men are actually very emotional about sex and would rather want a real connection than just a hookup. Obviously there are also a lot of men that enjoy hooking up but I could personally never do it no matter how hot or nice or whatever the girl is. It is just not something I like, I have never tried and I never will. This is not to say that if someone has had hookups that they are…

This. It it so much easier then we believe, we are being told a lie and then sold a product to deal with the lie that was never there anyways. It is all just fake man just think for yourself and live in reality and it will work :)

Yeah man that is pretty good :) just talk however way you want to man, let it flow in the moment. You won't even imagine how thirsty a girls are for a real guy that can just have a normal conversation. You don't need to reach the level a hundred to do this. There are no rules to this man. For instance: I am afraid of asking out a girl. I am able to approach them but I can't ask them out. What I will try from here on out is to just mention this somewhere in the conversation. Most guys would think…

I agree to some extent. I think though that the problem that most people have these days is that there is just a lot of noise. These dating techniques you described are built for party people and people that have a very distorted view of themselves. Someone that has to prove himself online and goes for shallow human interactions just has never experienced what a real deep relationship looks like. I honestly don't really give a crap about most 'social' interactions anymore really as there is no s…

Yeah I think that if you tell her that she is good looking and that is why you talked to her is the wrong approach. I normally just start talking situationally and have a good conversation as a result. It doesn't really matter though, don't overthink it man. I guess we all start somewhere, I have definitely been there and thought the same thing but it honestly is not important what you say. Just talk to her like she would already be in a relationship with you :)

The thing is that it is good that you started to change your life. I did too and it is good but not a necessity or guarantee that you can get a girlfriend. I have seen losers with hot and fun chicks a lot. Approaching on campus can work but I don't think it is the best plan as you then are known as "that guy" if you know what I mean. The last few days I really just observed a lot of girls myself and one common thing I have seen is that the girls that are sitting in groups a lot of the time are a…

Simiiar situation here :) Just moved to a new city to go to college. Haven't made friends yet but I am talking to people and the overall responses are good. What you need to get a girl is really the same thing as you do with guys. You want a partner and not a toy so treat her like a partner. You naturally know how you would communicate with your girlfriend so just do that. Just be a normal guy and if you like a girl then slowly build a connection.

Man I feel so similar to you. I remember when a few years back I have always had great relationships with girls and people in general and everything I have done was flowing freely and easily. I have always been an extreme introvert and somewhat shy but I care so much for people but I also only can care for a few people at a time. I hate night clubs and shallow relationships. I started getting into the pick up stuff two years ago. I had just finished school and wanted to learn about how to get a …
