Pretending there are 9 billion other people in the world helps too.

Honestly the easiest way to lose weight is to work out, load up on protein, and eat like you give a shit a little more. If you cook your own food you can pretty much pick your own diet. And there are SO many free high protein "junk food" recipes to ease you through. You can do this.

You shouldn't feel like shit because of who you're attracted to. While we all have our own preferences, we probably have some common ground in what we find attractive speaking purely in terms of body composition and BMI. I want to make sure what you mean by overweight bodies, because while it is a class of body composition and BMI, it's often used as a blanket term for people with 25 bmi and above. This is kind of a disservice to obese people given the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and a numb…

Probably. OP hit the nail on the head though - you have to be working on the whole package. There are plenty of fine women who will meet you halfway. You may as well forget the ones that don't.

In my opinion, yes. Being overweight is like wearing a giant tee-shirt that says "I have no self control." Except even then, a fit guy in that tee-shirt is gonna come off as fun and easy going and walk away with a girl or her phone number. Society doesn't like fat people. It's literally easier for you to lose weight than it is to get people to like you as a fat person. I wish it wasn't that way, but it is. If you're funny, you're an oaf. If you dress well, you're a tent. If you smell nice, you'r…

By starving myself, going to the gym twice a day, and raw dogging my fatigue with an ungodly amount of caffeine.

Absolutely this. I went from 215 to 160 4 months after I graduated and absolutely fucking slayed with the girls that wouldn't date me / didn't go off to college. Work on yourself and the girls will come.

Change your perspective. If you're consistently bringing in 6s and 7s; you're doing plenty right. Now your game is a little bit different - rather than hoping she likes you, you're hoping that YOU like her. A high value man can and should turn down girls he isn't interested in - THAT is true inner game. It's time to get on Tinder and go on as many dates as possible and ONLY meet girls that YOU'RE interested in. Now that I got that out of the way, IMHO true 10s are super rare. They're one step aw…

It creates a sense of entitlement. "Err I have 6 pack y she no like me?" Cause you're in love with yourself and your personality is garbage.

Having lost 60 lbs right out of highschool and dating dozens of girls my first year of college i have to disagree. Working on yourself is great advice. Going monk mode isn't working on yourself. Don't tell yourself "I'll start talking to girls when i have a 6 pack and $10,000 in the bank." That's creative avoidance. Working on yourself means getting out of your comfort zone and talking to girls.

Networking mixers and broker opens. These girls are hard to pull because they're usually high value too.

Imagine yourself in third person perspective. Do you look approachable? If a women saw you from a distance, do you look like the type of person who she’d want to talk to, or run as fast away as possible from?

Honestly the social aspect is the most important one and it's the one that all the introverts wanna skip. You HAVE to get out of your comfort zone and new things if you want your love life to change.

Ya probably weirded her out. Shit happens. Give it some time and text her with something along the lines of "so I was thinking..." and wait for her to reply. If no reply, move on, she's not interested. If you get a reply like "what were you thinking?" Hit her with a compliment - "That you look good in little black dresses." Or if she says something playful like "thats dangerous," that's your one shot to tactfully ask her out "I'm going to (literally any place that isnt a dump) for drinks and liv…

Brush it off. People get busy and her replying a month later means she's been thinking about you - even if there was someone else (which is none of your business). I'd wait 2 days and provide a yes or no option. "I'm gonna check out this local band if you're looking for something fun to do." It doesn't matter if she likes the band, type of music or venue, she either wants to go out and have a good time or she doesn't. If she says yes; cool, let's meet up for drinks 2 hours before doors. If no, t…

You should always be on a path of self improvement. That should include working on your personal appearance, flirting with women, and earning more money. If you have body image and self esteem issues; you shouldn't looking for a girlfriend. You should be working on becoming more interesting, attractive, and valuable. Give yourself at least a year to improve and learn to overcome / and expect rejection. Even the dudes in the best shape get turned down. How you react to it matters Tl/dr Even if yo…

Because high value people don't date high value people. If she's into scrubs she's into scrubs. Move on to someone aligned with your values.
