Why the hell should a man consider marriage? You’re saying you’re happy married. But if you could magically change things, would you change the relationship so you’re still together except not be legally married? | /r/MensRights | 13/05/26 06:36 AM
I'm seeing a lot of women womansplaining male loneliness. On this topic look into Michael Tsarion’s book Dragon Mother and other related books. | /r/MensRights | 06/03/26 07:02 AM
"Date 0" so men can avoid paying for dates with toxic women.Nice glad to hear that. Also just to add in case OP is still seeking advice… by date three or four, she should be planning the date and inviting you somewhere instead of you proposing the activity. Women would invite me to get dinner, invite me to concerts where they’re performing in a band, ask me to go see some theatre, and/or invite me back to their apartments and introduce me to their roommates. Basically you want to make sure she’s putting in some effort too, and especially if she invites y… | /r/MensRights | 06/03/26 05:56 AM
"Date 0" so men can avoid paying for dates with toxic women.I agree. Dating in very progressive Austin tx I never spent more than $10 and women were always cool. I’d buy a round of beers and then she’d buy round two. Totally normal. She’d just do it without prompting or asking. A lot of manosphere types believe they hate “feminists” and want old fashioned women but you’d be shocked that the most egalitarian and chill women are more in the camp of being progressive feminist types. Just have to avoid the ones who hate men— this type js everywhere on the in… | /r/MensRights | 05/03/26 11:39 PM
I fucking hate that I was circumcised so muchSorry. I don’t have any issues with my circumcised penis but I do believe it’s child torture designed to be painful on purpose. Huge issue. I can’t even talk my own close male friends out of circumcising their children. I think for them it’s too much to imagine bringing it up to their wives, parents, and in-laws. Actually sickens me. One of those weird topics where it’s so obviously abuse but people treat you weird if you bring it up. There’s a few good documentaries on it that I try to share wi… | /r/MensRights | 05/03/26 05:13 AM
Pre-Nup vs "Stash money away"The cohabitation thing is a common misconception. In most places you have to cohabitate, live as if married, and refer to each other publicly as husband and wife and say you’re married. Divorce cases have come down to finding old photos to see if the man was ever wearing a wedding ring, to see if they qualify as common law marriage. Just living together doesn’t do that. I could be wrong though or maybe there are exceptional cases where it’s still ruled as a common law marriage. | /r/MensRights | 02/03/26 05:31 AM
Pre-Nup vs "Stash money away"I’m in favor of prenups but you have to at least see it from the woman’s side too to some extent, or imagine you had a daughter who was getting married. The woman also doesn’t want to be in a position where the man can easily leave, take all the money, and leave her with nothing. What we want is a contract that is completely and totally fair. A prenup can help do that, or it could be a highly biased contract that traps the other person. Even if you want to be together forever, the marriage contr… | /r/MensRights | 02/03/26 05:28 AM
Wanting to end things so badYou might be too plugged in to the online discourse around these topics. Most straight white men are not paying attention to this stuff and don’t care at all that activist groups call them the enemy. At worst it should be a frustration or annoyance but not be driving you to hate yourself. Try to ignore it because most people aren’t even thinking about it. | /r/MensRights | 24/10/25 04:31 PM

RFK Jr. is Asking the Wrong Questions About Circumcision. Here are the Right Ones. Some of y’all should look into Bruno Bettelheim’s book “the empty fortress.” Prior to the biological revolution of psychiatry, the dominant worldview was developmental and environmental. Infants who had rejecting parents who couldn’t form a strong bond, would lead them to higher likelihood of autism. It’s far more complex than just that alone, but the theory was that autism was the result of the infant being unable to signal back and forth with their caregivers in a satisfying way, and as a resu… | /r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates | 10/10/25 10:42 PM
