Another Italian here... I have hazel eyes, there's some green there so that's what he's maybe referring to. Hazel eyes are not uncommon in Italy (non credi?)

I updated the links with an improved edition: I added page numbers, an index and additional material. More info in the original post.

Yes, in the website I linked at the end of the post.

I don't know, the link works for me... Can't you reach the file at all?

It's in quarantine. Its contents are still accessible (you just have to confirm you're eighteen years old or more), but, almost certainly, in a short time it will be banned.

To be honest, I think it's as important as the main subreddit's sidebar. However, the last two sections (CorporateLand and OmLaLa's threads) are more collections than strictly required reading. Read everything nonetheless.

Yes, I think you should. I also have crooked teeth, but after many years I'm finally able to fix them (in a few weeks I'll have braces). Being able to smile confidently is absolutely important. Not that you're doomed if you eventually never fix your teeth, but still.

Sure, that's not wrong. Maybe someone with more knowledge can clarify.

I'm currently learning about RP theory, but I hope I can give you some insights. Frame is confidence, yes, but it goes even deeper. Keeping frame means being focused on your goals, your needs. Once you can be with yourself while remaining comfortable, then you can say you have a strong frame.

See if it's worth a LTR. Nonetheless, don't take what she says too seriously. Be upfront with your needs.

Of course, with "brain" I was referring to rationality and logic. I wasn't talking about the organ...

Yes, there is a difference. The dynamics are the same, but I'd say that in college they're more covert. People go to college or to clubs for different reasons, so it's obvious you'll have a different approach in each of them. Off the top of my head, expect more shit tests. Edit: syntax

Great post. This is especially relevant since women tend to think with their emotions rather than with their brain.

Being scared of hot girls means putting them on a pedestal. They're nothing special, if anything they are the ones who should be "scared" of you.

I guess you can see it as MGTOW for women, but it surely is a surrogate. Women are not happy on their own, and their SMV decreases exponentially with aging. Men, on the other hand, can be happy on their own and their SMV increases with aging. Not to say our conditions are better than women's, since they have other pay offs.

About her situation, yes. If she explicitly asks for help (which I think is unlikely), you can talk about it but I'd suggest not being too much invested.

I think you're rushing. Stop thinking of her as LTR material and don't give in to the temptation of saving her: it's not your job.

Start applying this mindset to anything that makes you stressful: if you can't change it, worrying is useless; if you can change it, find a way to do so.

I agree. It's unlikely she will change her mind just because you stop texting each other. Act somewhat distant and make it clear you can't chat with her, just don't be an asshole.

Might I suggest monk mode? Take a few months to focus on yourself. You say you're pissed by women but you don't blame them for anything... Maybe you just need to unwind, don't think too much about it.

You shouldn't argue with her, rather show her you didn't actually need this class. If you study a lot after the advanced class starts, I think she won't bring it up. Even better if you start studying on your own: not to acknowledge she was right, but for yourself.

I haven't conquered depression yet myself, but I can tell you what has helped me: meditation and working on my goals. From what I read, it doesn't sound like you have time for yourself: try to find it and work on your hobby or profession. That is if you know what you want from your future... If you don't, then start working on that. I think TRP is useless without a focus on self-actualization.

I think popularity (whatever that means) should be a byproduct, not a goal in itself. If you can keep this mind, go for it.

Women have an incentive to whine because they will always find someone's (read: some guy's) shoulder to cry on.

I'm suffering from the same problem. I'm not that unhealthy, but I'm going to start exercising and I need a diet. Problem is, my (obese) father is basically a tyrant in this house and decides what to eat for everyone. If you rebel, he gets angry. Guess I need to confront him, and I will get what I want. I don't think your parents are that much of a problem, from what I read... So if I can do it, so can you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
