Based on her actions, the judge should have said "sir, I'm granting you full custody. Ma'am, we can talk about visitation/custody after you serve your sentence and receive therapy"

The issue is that she hit the officer twice. In his mind, he did not know if she was going to start pounding on the officer, so he reacted before she could do any additional damage. She should have been restrained after the first punch.

I'm sure he will be reinstated after the investigation is complete. The woman struck an officer twice. He was only defending his fellow officer from being hit a third time.

He should have said "that's what child support is for". She lost the argument.

That's true. I think he was trying to be patient with her but lost it when she smiled and said "adios".
/r/PussyPassDenied15/04/20 03:44 PM

I don't think it was the "adios" alone; I think it was because of her overall behavior throughout the hearing.

This is so sad. Ladies stay away from nuccas like this. Correction: This is so sad. Gentleman, stay away from ladies like this... Fixed that! Edit: small fix

Her reasons are one of two things: she wants to spite her ex or she can't survive with just her income, which contradicts everything she said in the interview.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/08/19 09:47 PM

I love how she tries to use her three kids as an excuse to collect alimony. That's what child support is supposed to be for. He got her good, and now she turns on the high-pitch voice and bails the interview. Makes me laugh every time.

At least he gets custody while she's (hopefully) rotting in prison. They have 4 kids I believe.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/06/19 08:04 PM

Hopefully some of her share of the settlement can count towards supporting the children, in the event that she is incarcerated.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/06/19 07:56 PM
13

At least the husband won't have to worry about custody issues. She'll (hopefully) be in prison so he'll get the kids by default. So all that's left is the split of marital assets.
/r/PussyPassDenied20/06/19 06:43 PM

Honestly, if the genders were reversed, and a man asked for this leniency, hell would break loose. Also, I hear her husband filed for divorce; she better NOT get half of his shit since she decides to blow their marriage. She definitely needs to serve the full sentence. No mercy.

What bothers me is the fact that she only gets charged with 4th degree sex offense. I use to live in MD years back and each time I heard of a male school staff commiting this crime, they end up getting charged with Sex Abuse of a Minor, which carries a maximum of 25 years in prison (which they DO deserve). She's charged with 4th degree sex offense (which carries a 3 year maximum sentence). She really needs to be charged with Sex Abuse of a Minor.

Very typical. A bitch running her mouth antagonizing people. No issue. Man retaliates - gasp! "Call the police!" I've said this once, I'm going to say it again. This world is fucked beyond repair. And to anyone who says he went too far, she got PLENTY of warnings. She got what she deserves. Edit: added more.

I agree with you. At least they took away her pension. Most judges who do shit like this either a) keep their job, or b) asked to resign and keep their pension. She doesn't get to do any of these. It is a step in the right direction.

Makes me wonder how many other family court judges do the same shit she did. Glad her pension was taken away. She's fucking with people's lives.

What bothers me the most is the fact that this could have been prevented if there was an investigation. If they have investigated this, the guy would not have been arrested. Somewhat good news: she's now a convicted felon so this will follow her for the rest of her life. I hope he sues her for everything.

There was a part 2. The guy won the case. She tried playing the "distressed card" and the judge told her in a professional way that she was full of shit. She now has to pay him and she still doesn't understand why her actions were wrong (not surprised)

This is the reason why I'm not a cop. I do NOT have patience for people who behave like these girls. What's wrong with shutting up and listening to the officer? A simple task is difficult for these girls.

She was trying to punish her kids by not allowing the father to see them. While I do agree that children need both parents, I feel that her behavior needs some serious adjustment before she should get equal custody. Hopefully spending time in jail will open her eyes and change her ways, not for herself or her ex, but for the kids.
/r/PussyPassDenied05/06/18 03:43 PM

Judge should have said "you know what sir, I grant you FULL custody"

When working as a parking enforcement/attendant at a university, I witnessed a university police officer telling a woman to buckle her seatbelt. She then told him "you can't tell me what to do, you're not a real cop…(with a smug look)" the "fake cop" then issued her a seatbelt violation along with several other tickets. She started crying and started saying "I'm so sorry. I was joking. Please don't give me a ticket. I'm a good person". Once the tickets were issued, she quickly stopped crying and…

This group is NOT a hate group. It's NOT sexist. It's actually the opposite of sexist. It shows that woman get the same treatment in society and courtrooms. What's to hate about that? It's equality.

It's sad that most men don't get any justice for being accused of rape. Instead, their lives are permanently ruined. It's great that he got some closure from this. And I really hope this outcome would make women think twice before wrongfully accusing anyone of rape.
