Let me ask the same question in a different way: If I don't want to pay divorce lawyers, how would I do that? Could a well-written prenuptial agreement possibly get rid of the need for a lawyer, or would you say to avoid marriage altogether? According to this study, published in 1989, men were more likely to agree to sex from a stranger girl than to agree to go on a date with them. Women trended the opposite. 1	How is it ok to condone men being treated this way? Cosmo should be ashamed. Who keeps their car keys in their coat pocket???? Is this a common thing? I will never understand why people do things like this. Even if you get past the idea that somebody could steal it, this makes it much more likely that you'll lose your keys. It's really common to carry a coat in your arms. If you hold it upside down, your keys can fall out. I'm saying this because my initial read was that the boy was just walking between women wearing bikinis. While the basic facts you've stated are true, I disagree with your conclusion that it is 100% her own fault. I am certain it is a very large part the woman's fault, and she certainly seems like she may be as bad as he's said. In fact, I didn't see any conclusive statement concerning whether she had a lawyer at all. However, if she has a divorce lawyer, then I'll state with confidence that the woman's decisions are not 100% her own.
