Surgeons cannot easily afford a lambo. Ortho is a different story but the amount of schooling and loans makes it impractical. I was on the medical track for the longest time but a) medicine is arguably the most female dominated space (RNs nurses aides other doctors etc) b) the system sucks so much c) there are a LOT of ways to make money in America.
