You got this, man. Like OP said, feel your feelings and move forward with intention. You are lovable, capable, and worthwhile.

So spot on. Need to add forced psych ward stays, being your own lawyer against restraining orders, and a few nights in jail for the first time in your life. Maybe that’s just MY story.

Hey, Jay. It’s a jungle out there and I am proud of you for keeping standards. We are all broken and those of us that have strived to rebuild deserve someone who has put in similar work. You sound like a secure man. I wanted to give you your flowers and thank you for sharing

It does give clarity. It is not a superpower like red pillers state. It has tons of benefits mentally and emotionally.

All since my divorce, I have been diagnosed Bipolar (this was the bullet my wife used against me to get all the control early), major depression disorder, severe anxiety disorder, and PTSD. The isolating and sedative lifestyle hasn’t quite caught up with me yet. But it will.

I've learned my lesson. It is legitimately pointless for the man these days.

The second the divorce is initiated. You and her are on opposite sides of the fence. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and it ruined me.

I appreciate the perspective. Thank you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
