"Are there any other fundamental truths we are missing out on?" Race & IQ and all that ensues from this knowledge.

Our sex life is still in the god damn toilet but I'm working on that. That's most likely your problem right there. You didn't specify what causes the problems, so I can't suggest any remedy, but you need to fix this asap. Care to go into it so /trp can give you some hints?

Can confirm that online dating is getting harder and harder. I consider myself within the top 20% (6'1, athletic body, former fashion model, now an attorney with an annual income above 100k) but even I'm having to put a lot of work in on tinder to get those HB8+ girls to grab a drink with me. Most of the time, they're downright stupid and uneducated and have nothing to offer except for their pussy.

It boggles my mind how many people on this subreddit are sexist in the sense of the opinion that men and women inherently differ biologically because of evolutionary biology, yet they do not acknowledge that the same can be said about the different subspecies of homo sapiens sapiens. The different subspecies of homo sapiens sapiens differ vastly in about every biological aspect (i.e. IQ, personality traits, skin/hair colour, height, weight etc.), which are usually between 50% - 100% hereditary. …

I have had a lot of success on tinder until 2015. Nowadays, I don't match as many hot girls anymore even though my profile pics improved a lot. Could you elaborate on your experience with the new algorithm?

Alright, keep us posted. I'm very much interested about how much such a small dose of T will change your levels.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing. I've been trying to get my cousin who exhibits all signs of low T to get his levels checked. Might I ask how high your total and free T-levels are now?

This exactly. If you're hard pressed to pass a shit test, always pressure flip (even if it's a ridiculous flip).

Don't press on their windpipe too hard, but apply pressure on the sides of the neck (with your thumb/fingers). Also, place your grip really high (above the adam's apple right under the chin). You can also grab their jaw and force kiss them.

Fair enough, most of my friends see it that way. As long as the girl doesn't take it too far, I like a slight four or six pack.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 04:24 PM

He's right. Getting toned is mostly a matter of reducing bodyfat, so I'd go as far as to say it makes no difference whether you go for boxing or Krav Maga.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 03:19 PM

It doesn't have to be a fighter chick per se, I'm into athletic women in general (could be a decathlete or a tennis player or whatever). I liked the MMA scene when I still did Krav Maga, but I like weight lifting more. Sadly, my time is limited so I chose weight lifting.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 03:15 PM

No, I don't do martial arts anymore and haven't got any connections in the scene. I find them on the street and on tinder/PoF etc.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 11:26 AM

Yes, that's actually a perfect excuse to touch her. Sometimes, I make them flex their muscles and feel them up or challenge them to an armwrestling contest.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 11:24 AM

Just a bit. I used to do Krav Maga for a while, but stopped to focus on weight lifting.
/r/TheRedPill26/06/15 11:23 AM

No, but they're generally very lean and often lift. Personally, I prefer an athletic body over a thin, untrained one, which is why I go for fitness/martial arts girls.

I'm not American either. In fact, right now I live in a very conservative country where there are few women on tinder. Nevertheless, it's a nice extra source of girls and if you're not downright hideous and your text game isn't too shabby, you'll do well. Just give it a try, it doesn't cost a thing.

Listen to this guy, he's got it absolutely right. Hit the gym and get your nutrition right, download tinder/PoF etc. and smash some sloots asap. This is the fastest way back on track and you'll forget about her within a couple of weeks.

From what I can glean from your actions, you must be new here, so welcome to /trp! I'd recommend you do two things with your new found time: Read the side bar of this sub several times and internalise it and read the threads on the page from the endorsed /trp contributors. Go and bang other women ASAP, it's by far the best thing to get over an ex. This might be hard at first, but you've got to do it for your self. Good luck and make sure to report back on your progress!

Thanks for your post, that's excellent advice! When you spend a lot of time with a girl, your perception of her can become warped and you tend to block out the red flags and negative aspects of the relationship. Sending a sobering e-mail to your future self, now that's a really clever idea!

You're absolutely right. I'm 6'1, former male model and a lawyer. Pre-RP, I occasionaly hooked up with 7s, but really hot chicks wouldn't give me the time of the day because they felt the beta behaviour oozing out of me. It was only after I discovered /trp that I managed to bag 8s and above. Remember: Social mating cues, i.e. dominant behaviour are just as important as physical mating cues i.e. height, musculature etc. However, if you lack social mating cues, you're not going anywhere above 7s.

Welcome to /trp! Your anger is natural, everyone who swallows the red pill goes through it. It may last quite a while (for me it was about 3 months), but you will get past it eventually. I'd recommend you focus on yourself for some time and start improving every aspect of your life: Get into weightlifting (incl. proper nutrition), improve your performance in school/college, read important literature and go travel as much as you can. Kind of hard to say. It really depends on the environment and the girl in the end. From a point of sheer physical attractiveness, he's still a notch above me and I probably will never fully close the gap. As for style, I think I'm a bit better dressed. So when we go clubbing, where physical attractiveness is key and there are a lot of sloots, he's pulling more and hotter women, no question. As for personality, humor etc., I outweigh him. So if we're at a bar or just hitting on normal/shy girls i…

Nice FR, truly hit home as I've experienced almost exactly the same thing in my beta days. My friends and I certainly are no slouches in the looks department. Everyone is between 6'1 and 6'4, athletic and quite handsome. About two years ago, one of my friends introduced another guy to the pack, let's call him Mike. Now, Mike is a textbook Chad from head to toe, a true natural. Also, he's the spitting image of Alan Ritchson. I swear, if you'd see the two next to each other, you'd think they're tw…

Keep in mind that besides the physical fitness cues indicating high testosterone levels (i.e. height, broad shoulders, narrow waist, leanish physique, square jaw), there are "social" fitness cues as well. Dominant (i.e. jerkish) behaviour suggests high testosterone levels, which females are attracted to. So yeah, even Mr. McBeta does better if he's an inconsiderate jerk. If you're handsome on top of that, you'll be swimming in pussy. EDIT: You always need frame. Looks without frame only gets you…

I'm doing quite well with what I do. From your posts, I gather you're in an all male high school and you seem to have trouble getting chicks. Seems like it's you who needs some advice, son. I come from a wealthy family and in my early 20s, I used to sport a look like you described it, i.e. polo shirts/button downs, blazer, timberland boat shoes etc. Let me tell you that this look, combined with a high end career, is the fast lane to being cast into the beta bux category by women. They will withh…

I'm a lawyer, but I never had to deal with that problem. The reason for that is that I don't look like a lawyer, but rather some grade A douchebag. I'm swole, have a soccer player haircut and I always sport a stubble. I go on dates wearing a fitted t-shirt (no brand), torn jeans, sneakers, dog tags and an expensive, but sporty watch and sometimes even a snapback (reversed ofc). I understood you perfectly fine. The chick you're dating is the liability. What if she doesn't keep it a secret as well as you do and news gets to your wife? What if she decides to tell your wife about the affair the two of you are having because she wants to end your marriage? What if she accuses you of rape and you're arrested and go into investigative custody?

Have to agree with cocaine_face on this one. You're gambling with half of your property and a significant part of your future income and the outcome of the bet is largely dependent on the whim of a mentally unstable woman. You better have some firewalls in place..

Add taking steroids to your list of illegal drugs to take in order not to give a fuck. Go on a 12 week cycle, experience not being able to give a fuck cause your test level is around 3000 ng/dl and get jacked while you're at it.

Having a strong core alone does not make you look manly. You look manly by having a strong core AND achieving a 1.6:1 shoulder to waist ratio, a v-taper, a full upper chest und developed arms.

Well, that's exactly my point. In the long term (i.e. beyond 6 months of proper weightlifting), 5 x 5 is not a balanced program.

Well, that's hard to tell. I'd shoot for 160 - 170 lbs at 8-10% bodyfat. If you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough, simple as that. Track your calorie intake for at least 2 weeks (use an app like myfitnesspal etc.) and track your energy expenditure (workouts, work related activity, walking around etc.).

You might be one of the lucky few to have the genetics to achieve a physique like Greg Plitt. However, your claims are quite big and you offer no proof, so naturally people are sceptical.

I used to work out at home for years and built a decent physique (6'1, 190 lbs, 11-12% bodyfat). Get a barbell and some used dumbbells and weights from craigslist or a yard sale, a yoga mat and a bench (if you have room for it).

He goes into meal timings which is unnecessary for your average lifter, just so long as you get what you need in you during the day you'll be fine. True. I think he changed that part in the 2nd edition of his book. Second his routine is a body part split and even says to not train the same muscle for 5-7 days. This is total bullshit. The only people who can get away with making gains while training a muscle only once a week are steroid users as their muscles don't atrophy at the rate a natural l…

Well, continue to do the compound exercises your injury allows you to do (i.e. incline bench press, military press, pull ups) and do some isolation work in addition. Meanwhile, try to get your back fixed asap, because squats and deadlifts are incredibly important lifts.

Good post, especially on the rotator cuffs. However, I don't see any reason to neglect the biceps. Remember, we're talking aesthetics here.
/r/TheRedPill07/04/15 07:31 AM

No, that's fine. Altough I'd recommend you pause a bit longer between sets (2-3 mins), so you can lift the same weight every set.
/r/TheRedPill07/04/15 07:30 AM

Your bench press has little to do with your shoulder circumference. Work on your lateral deltoids and try to lose some fat to improve your ratio.
/r/TheRedPill07/04/15 07:28 AM

I answered that above. I don't think it's a good routine because the volume is too high (5 x 5 combined with isolation).
/r/TheRedPill07/04/15 07:27 AM

Sure, you can do that if you don't run into problems with regeneration/overtraining.

If you want to look like Brad Pitt in those scenes (i.e. about 160 lbs at 8-10% bodyfat), you will have to be quite a bit bigger than he was because his physique is greatly enhanced by lighting, oil and dehydration. EDIT: Also, it's Brad Pitt. He could light these women's grandmother on fire and they would love it. Keep that in mind.

Theoretically, I think squatting 3 times per week is too much if you're in a calorie deficit. Therefore, I like Mike Matthew's approach better since his program has you train every muscle group directly once per week and also indirectly (as an ancillary muscle) once per week. Let's take the arms for example. There is a dedicated arms day, but you'll train your triceps (as an ancillary muscle) during chest day and your biceps during your back day. Therefore, the risk of overtraining is minimized …

Great waist, abs, etc is a big indicator of overall fitness to women (probably because of media, hype, etc but so what). Abs are great to show off and other men are impressed. I think the reason for that is that a narrow waist signals higher testosterone levels (high t-levels = leaner physique). It's the same with broad round shoulders, as the shoulder muscles have a lot of androgen receptors (i.e. they comparatively grow quicker if your t-levels are high). Narrow waist and broad shoulders are f…

Well, I don't know about you personally. However, I see plenty of guys everyday on the forums I follow or at my gym doing the 5 x 5 program and a lot of them have seriously unbalanced physiques.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/15 05:23 PM

What makes you think an "aestheticly balanced physique" is a functionally balanced physique? An aestheticly balanced physique does not have to be a functionally balanced physique, but most of the time it is. Do you mean to tell anyone that someone with a physique similar to Greg Plitt's does not have a functionally balanced physique? You obviously mentioned quite a few times that this is about aesthetics, but if you agree that aesthetics are not the most important thing you gain from lifting, wh…

Well, I think the volume (exercises x sets x reps) is very high, possibly too high for a natural weight lifter because now you do upper body work on top of the normal workout. Also, I don't see why you should be squatting every workout, twice a week is enough. The same goes for the lat, triceps and biceps exercises. Lastly, I don't see any dedicated shoulder exercises for lateral and posterior deltoid heads. All in all, it might be a better than the 5 x 5, but the volume seems too high.

For naturals strength is a great/the motivator. I disagree. There's tons of natural gym goers and while strength is a major factor, looks are certainly equally important. "The way you look" is very superficial/inconcistent. You will look great with a pump, but most naturals look more "soft" when they are not in the gym. They don't have the pop that steroids/some compounds give. All true, but you will still look better with a well balanced physique than with an unbalanced physique.

First of all, if you're going to recommend a program, you could at least give it some credibility by *showing" how it's helped you reach your goals, but this isn't r/fitness so I don't think it should even be mentioned. I won't post pictures of myself here because I fear doxxing. There's a huge "success" section on Mike Matthews site, so go check that out. Also, more importantly, TRP doesn't say "go lift" so you can run into the gym and do bicep curls because girls like them. Pleasing anyone wit…

The antidepressant and viagra use/abuse is due to the lack of sunlight in the winter, which causes a lack of vitamin d3 levels, which in turn causes testosterone levels to plummet, making men depressive and lustless. As for the feminist policies, it's all true. You can get away with a lot though if you've got some SMV and you're a charming jerk (with emphasis on charming).

Conor McGregor's level is attainable naturally. As far as I know, McGregor is 5 ft 8 and about 145 lbs at about 8% bodyfat. I'd put McGregor's natural limit at about 160 lbs at 8% bodyfat. Greg Plitt was 6'1 and about 190 - 200 lbs at his heaviest (at 8% bodyfat), which is beyond what normally is naturally achievable.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/15 03:43 PM

Absolutely true. Your core and gluteal muscles pretty much define your athletic ability and there definitely is truth to the saying "sloots love glutes". However, do NOT let your core and leg musculature aesthetically "overpower" your upper body musculature or you'll look like the sloot you'd love to bang.
/r/TheRedPill06/04/15 03:33 PM

The giveaway for me is his extreme definition combined with the amount of lean body mass and the fact that he maintained that look all year around. Also, I purposefully chose a picture from his earlier days. In his later years, he was way beyond that physique, which clearly points to the use of PEDs.

On top of that, what works for some people doesnt work for others. When I first started I kept reading about how important it was to go to failure, so there I was, dumb fucking kid trying to go to failure every fucking set... and I started getting tired and all exhausted from training really long and going to failure as much as possible. First off no one is going to look like Greg without the use of steroids and quite possibly Clenbuterol T3 and photoshop. True, I'm convinced Greg was not natural (especially in his later years). Nevertheless, it's an aesthetic ideal to strive after, albeit unattainable naturally. As for aesthetics a lot of it is generic. To initiate contact, I usually just make brief eye contact and then move towards the girl. I've struggled with that during the first 2-3 dates after I had just discovered TRP. Other than the already mentioned escalation guide in the sidebar, I highly recommend the following quick tips: Touch the girl a lot Touch her on the upper arm when you guys meet and leave your hand there for about 5 seconds while talking to her. Nice write up and I can definitely confirm these observations! I have quite a few female "friends" who are witnessing my red pill transformation and they all fall into one of the 3 categories you set out. As for the quality of these relationships, it's fun to see how quickly and favourably women respond to a man being RPer/alpha even though they've known you as a BPer/beta for years. You're doing well, make sure to keep that hard posture when dealing with your sister! And yes, you're right: Your sister (as all women, AWALT) is shit testing you hard. Keep in mind that shit tests are not exclusively linked to "romantic situations" but can occur in any relation between a man and women/beta men. Eventually, your sister will either give in to your frame or she'll pack her things and leave. I experienced the same when I became more alpha and assertive with women. Constant shit tes…

I disagree with you on your opinion that the other guy was the alpha. This guy was way below the SMV of most guys including me and used a classic beta tactic (i.e. beta bucks). I agree however, that he played his cards right.

Yeah, I see your point there and I agree. I think I still lack the experience to know when to DHV and when to pull the trigger on the target. However, I was not absolutely sure whether I could close her, since some dancing/grinding and some touching during the party doesn't mean much in my book. Well, girls sometimes just come up to me and ask for my number (especially younger ones, i.e. 18 - 20), others will ask me out straight away or obviously hint that they're DTF.
