0	How many of you have trouble "being yourself" and being "alpha" at the same time? You have valid points, it's important not to take on a personality that isn't your own. However, having gone through (and still learning everyday) the beta/alpha transition you learn to adapt your personality to best convey your thoughts and feelings to others.
