I think it's also important to note that its very, very difficult to escape the label of "good looking blue pill guy" with the girls with whom you currently interact with once you have presented yourself in that way. You can definitely change yourself and your attitude, but it's my opinion that you will need a different audience to present yourself to. I don't think it's a realistic goal to convince women with whom you are familiar and who currently see you that way (especially for an extended a…

Interesting, I wonder if there's a balance between having laissez-faire attitude and being lazy as far as a woman's interpretation of how well you clean up your place/other women's possessions. Sort of like how the best movie trailers don't give you the whole story blatantly and upfront, but give you just a few morsels, and let your imagination and expectations fill in the gaps. That's something you could playfully respond to with amused mastery since she's only suspicious and not quite sure of …

Yeah, I feel like her kid would be the real victim here. Raised by a manipulative, narcissistic single mother. If she can terminate the pregnancy early, it would probably what's best for society.

You want to "revenge"? Be the kind of person where this woman will regret you every single day of her life, because you chose to be the best version of you, and you left her cheating ass behind. She'll lament that she could have had a better man than all the rest out there. But if you live that way, you won't need "revenge" because you'll be too busy doing good things for you, for the right reasons. That is a lesson that is hard to accept, but it pays dividends. Knowing that such a thought will …

She attempted to intervene, but she knew deep inside that she could only stall for so long. The moment the curtains were replaced, you would resume plunging balls deep into dat ass! Great story!

My friend and I would always get together to watch the marathons. I think you are right, Chris' savagery was what I liked the most (and maybe the look on their faces). He would just read out the explicit things they had typed and watched them try to hamster out of it. Genuinely, a good time! I also remember the episode where the guy admits he was a big fan of the show, but knows how bad he fucked up by appearing on the show. My guess is that people who do this sort of thing probably watched HTCA…

I kissed her good night and gently declined her generous offer (imo this is exaclty the kind of mess that you should avoid at all costs, you don't want to be around when Bob and reality finally collide. Also that level of sexual promiscuity is a red flag) I concur that this was the right move to make on this one OP, Bob has no idea of the shitstorm headed his way, and it's tough to predict how he will react. The whole calculated plan of "I'm bored -> let's have a MFM threesome -> Now you owe me …

I think the discussion on NPR to days ago by a legal analyst said that he is definitely guilty of "sexual assault" but not of "rape" because CA law states that "rape" must be with his penis (carrying the risk of STD transmission and pregnancy) and he penetrated this girl with his fingers, which would classify it as "sexual assault" instead. Since he was found guilty of "sexual assault" and not "rape" and because he had no prior convictions or indicators or violent behavior these are some key con…

I learned via observation in graduate school, that while the man is working and studying, that sweet girlfriend or fiancé is out fucking Chad and having a good time. He's so busy he doesn't even notice. I just finished my many years of grad study. While this did not happen to me, it is happening to a good friend of mine currently. He tells me she's told him "I'm not as attracted to you anymore." (aka he's went full supplicating BP mode). She not so subtlety envies her older sister, who is in law…

I couldn't tell if he legitimately can't see his increased SMV and his new options (aka other available women in his life) or if he's downplaying it in the thread and playing dumb/oblivious in real life. Now I'm not saying that all those women he mentions are juiced and primed to branch-swing and hop straight onto OP's dick, but a few of them probably are (and are giving him poor vague "hints"), and he should step back and consider his new position and status. He definitely should end things wit…

Gonorrhea is about 1 step away from becoming totally incurable. The last time I went in for an STI panel test, the doctor first asked if I was symptomatic. He seemed a bit surprised that I was coming in without symptoms or suspicion that I had caught something, but I explained that I was just following protocol in the interest of my and my partner's health. He did go on to elaborate that a particularly nasty antibacterial-resistant strain of gonorrhea was going around campus. Apparently an athle…

I just saw a huge buzz across social media about a MRA meetup in my current city (Ann Arbor, MI), that Roosh will be organizing. I know TRP as a community has distanced themselves from Roosh and RoK. Would there be any worth in attending such an event since it is so close and accessible, or will this be so closely monitored and spun by the media and radfem groups that all it would really accomplish would be to self-dox and expose one's self? I would normally default to the TRP philosophy that it…

That's actually a great point. I remember several of these in undergrad and the early years of grad school (before Tinder and when OKC was just picking up on our campus). The event planners would almost always ask their female friends (usually the most attractive) to participate, even if they were in committed relationships, simply because they'd always have more guys than girls that wanted to participate. It was very odd to me at the time when the "I have a boyfriend" line got dropped about 2 m…

In the real world, most OB/Gyns will insist that the husband get tested before starting the wife on serious fertility drugs and treatments. A sperm test is fast, cheap, and non-invasive, while some of those fertility treatments can fuck with a woman's body. That's what puzzles me most. There's no way a medical professional would let that slide for two years... It doesn't make logical sense and it doesn't make financial sense. But if it is in fact true, I actually could understand the wife's init…

I also think it's important to note that your primary intention was not to get the brunette's number, but to toss a cog into the well-established pecking order of that social group and watch the ensuing fallout as an amusing social experiment. Which can be a lot of fun, and led to the creation of this FR. (I can imagine you hiding a big fat shit-eating grin as you were trumpeted by the waitress!) The phone number you got was just a fortunate outcome. For the Blonde, this probably started her ham…

I'll concur about the attractiveness. However, I'd point out that a lot of these stories were about the years before he won a Nobel prize. I will say that in the very depths of my beta behavior in undergrad, this book was actually given to me as a Christmas gift by a girl I was orbiting. I wonder if, subconsciously, she was trying to spark me to change from indecisive science nerd into a confident scientist. Eventually, it led me here, so I will always consider that the spark that started the pa…

From a purely curious standpoint, have you set boundaries with this as far as protection and birth control? Personally I think if you are "opening the relationship" or converting your LTR to plate, you will be at an increased risk of STIs. I'm imagining that your boundary will be condoms for you with any new women and condoms for all of her new male partners? Do you trust her enough to follow this rule to still have unprotected with her? An arrangement like this will require an incredible amount…

I'm currently a grad student at UMichigan. I recently had an STD panel to check for STIs and my PA said that there was a particularly nasty strain of antibiotic-resistant chlamydia going around and he'd treated several guys aggressively with dual antibiotic treatment. So the athlete was definitely not using protection or abstaining until his treatment was complete, raw dogging I don't know how many women. Now I'm a chemist, not a biologist, but I'm imagining that at least one of those my PA ment…

It's definitely not me red pilling the comments! That's just asking for downvotes and a ban. I think our usual strategy is that if a man that could use TRP advice posts and gets shit advice from the normal posters, we will send the OP PMs. And no PMs if the guy is hopelessly BB. We were initially talking about PIV numbers, and my PIV number is lower than what my BF thought was "high, but not crazy high". But then I asked him if he was also considering foreplay, and he said he supposed he would feel the same about foreplay partners. Bam, my number doubles. Then, a little bit later... an edit and clarification. Fine.. 17 PIV patners, ~20 Foreplay partners Last time I checked, 17*2 =/= 20 So I think either she was low-balling and gradually trickle truthing him to the real …

Thanks for your post! I think you highlight again that this is not just about striving to keep the tingles alive but maintaining a balance. It's the thought of having to keep constantly on your toes and knowing that a single moment of overcompensation can bring the whole thing to a catastrophic end that's harder to deal with the longer you're with a particular woman. You can tell where she felt lacking by who she cheats with and the nature of the affair. That is also a very interesting point. I …

I am originally from NC, but I wasn't aware of how bad Ashville had gotten. But if you have a public face and business, why would you make a "TRP/PUA themed podcast"? I just can't believe it! I hate to say these guys deserve to lose their business, but they should have been able to anticipate the community reaction if it went public and know that the fallout would be detrimental to their long term interests. Were they trying to be the next Tucker Maxes and get famous off of it? Damn...

You also see this phenomenon quite frequently in STEM programs. My friend was in aerospace engineering at ERAU, he said the male:female ratio was so poor that HB4-6s were actually at the top of the SMV pecking order and had their pick of the top 10% or even <5% of guys. Each girl would usually find herself a chad and then surround herself with 5-10 orbiters and these would form little cliques that lasted the majority of undergrad. The smart guys moved out of dorms, off campus ASAP and looked for…

To be fair, that movie was awesome! And you could definitely see how beta behavior and not maintaining frame hurt Illya (Armie Hammer's character) image in front of women and his male contemporay. I'd still say you got something out of it if you enjoyed the movie and she paid. Unless you'd would have much preferred sex over a free movie.

No ill will intended! I think the GoPro is a completely different beast from a standard still photography camera or DSLR. It is 100% intended for recording video and experiences that no traditional camera could withstand and as such, many extreme sports have adopted it. Videoing yourself in the moment doing really cool shit is the intended function of a GoPro, and you should absolutely use it for every advantage you can! You're ahead of the curve by owning a GoPro in the first place, and if you'…

That makes sense. Just as long as we're not trying to match those selfie girls taking tens or hundreds of duplicates of each pose, hoping for the perfect selfie, haha! Or like you said, take a few for Facebook with yourself in them and the rest just for your own keepsake.

That's quite interesting! I know phones, keys, and wallets are some of the dirtiest things we come in contact with on a daily basis (because who disinfects those), based on bacterial culture swabs. Since I work in a lab, I try to regular wipe all those down with ethanol or isopropanol (the phone more to clean the fingerprints/smudges than to disinfect).

Very good way to surmise it! I'm sure they professional you see would be happy to answer your questions about the method/products as long as you're respectful about it. I doubt many customers are genuinely curious about their craft. Selfies - Men are doing it as well but for women going on vacation pretty much is tantamount to being on an extended photo shoot. Quite often the procedure is quite elaborate in collaboration with at least one or two others who are in charge of picking the proper setting, help arrange the lighting, check make up, etc. Make no mistake - we guys are completely outclassed here and the three 'casual' shots that may wind up on her FB page have been carefully selected after snapping hundreds if not th…

I assume you've all seen the opening to American Psycho? I mean in that particular case, it was more to metaphorically emphasize a point, but I think a decent skincare regimen will give you a little boost in outward appearance, but will help you keep looking good as you age? Sort of like regular brushing an flossing can be annoying and tedious but have payoffs down the road. It fits within the RP mantra of focusing on yourself. Do I think seeing a professional is a necessary aspect of skincare? …

Great article. I was so surprised to learn this was at the University of Michigan. I actually didn't realize this was at Michigan until I saw this comment. I'm currently working on my Ph.D. at U of M, so whether fortunately or unfortunately I didn't have "the undergrad experience" here. As a STEM grad student I was thinking about this with regards to my female colleagues: There are two sets of married professors in our department. There was no name changing following their marriage. I think from a professional standpoint, build a reputation based on your work and publications. If a woman (or a man) were to change their name halfway through that, if would be difficult for people to track your progress and work. The same goes for my GF, who is an artist. Her portfolio, clients, a…

I actually think it's just remarkable how her hampster must spin. I honestly believe that she enjoys the degrading, the attention, and the money, but her hampster is telling her she's in control, and she's breaking new ground/setting a good example for other "sex positive" young women. A step beyond the CC even.

This is very weird - giving you her number and the right one too. That struck me as very odd as well... If she wasn't planning to respond, why not give out a random working number? Or even worse, the number of one of her female friends so you'd either get a berating from a feminist who don't need no man, a white whale looking to snatch up unwary seamen, or a post-wall "princess." As long as it wasn't the rejection hotline or a disconnected/unavailable number, it would serve the same purpose, rig…

I work in a research lab, and often like to bake cookies. In fact I just made these this week, right after everyone came back from thanksgiving. What's most amusing to me is putting them in the lab's break room. If everyone is there, co-workers will only take one (or the women will want to share), but if you leave it unattended, the baked goods vanish at an astonishing rate! People are greedy when they think no one is watching!

So I tell her, “I am not mad. Your behavior was gross. You sold yourself to me as a good girl, not a party girl. You are a party girl, which is great – just not for me. So we are through. See ya, around.” Deleted her number and her email. Stopped responding to texts. That was honestly my favorite part of your response. I can't imagine the zen you were channeling there, but it was so much more effective than anger or giving her the slightest hint of attention to her "methods" to provoke a rise ou…

That's a very good point yourself! The main times I listen to it are on the weekends while driving, but only very late at night on the weekdays (so it's the BBC/world news). I'll admit based on other comments that NPR can come off as pretentious for sure, and many opinions/hosts/guests can certainly come off that way. If they end up making delicious artisanal coffee, I'd definitely be down to try it! But I did try the pizza grilled outside in the summer, and that was delicious!

I don't think of "Wait Wait don't tell me" as gut-busting, side-splittingly funny, more of a chuckle/amused kind of way. I don't usually bother with browsing the daily news sources, as they'll largely be dominated with Ferguson protests and the like, so WWDTM is sort of a week's recap in news, and they often talk about stories that I've later used as interesting talking points in conversations. Wiretap is good, reruns of CarTalk are good, and RadioLab has had some really interesting episodes, at…

NPR has a pretty wide spectrum of viewpoints depending on the show, so I think it's okay just as long as you consider the bias or perspective. I think it's less saturated with feminist viewpoints and SJW drivel than like HuffPo or Elite Daily, which are almost exclusively comprised of those things It's actually my go-to radio station on the road, because I usually don't care for the music stations in my area. You're on a college campus still? Because it slightly varies when you take a job and move into the real world. As a grad student and an introvert, it was extracurricular clubs /sports/organizations. There was a business/investing/consulting club of MBA students. They held a Halloween party, woman:man ratio was very favorable. Hiking/climbing/outdoors clubs are pretty awesome. That was pretty enjoyable. I thought it was interesting that the only "non-stable" arrangements were defined as when two people (each in couples) preferred each other. I think realistically, if one person was very unsatisfied like Collins (from her example), that would create significant instability in the real world. I would be very interested to see a computation of this run on a larger sample, like 100,000 people, or a college campus. You're right though in that I think this would be a better…
