There's so much you need to work on, not only on analyzing people, but you should master the art of subtextual communication and much more - Here's a link that can help with that. You just got played - simple and plain. Plus you can't just loosely diagnose people like that and you having friends who are psychologist does not justify that either. Go hone your skill moving forward. And next time before analyzing her, start first by analyzing yourself - Know yourself first!
