I just don't understand, how due process deters real victims from coming forward? If it was real where shouldn't be any problem proving this. Unless you define as a "real victims" girls, who just decided afterward, that they didn't enjoy the intercourse, so it was rape. Necessity of due process and possibility of reciprocal civil case for false accusation do not stop victims of assaults, mugging, etc. to come forward.
