Good write up. Thanks dude. One quick question that maybe somebody can answer . . I've been incorporating many RP aspects into my life over the last two, with great success. Over the last year I've gone from spinning plates to moving into an LTR. Lately I've gotten the sense that the captain/first mate isn't sticking as much. At first I didn't worry as much about maintaining this dynamic as she was still a plate and possibly not worth the investment. She has let herself go a bit and has become m…

Good advice. I find myself in a similar situation and now see the importance of remaining a challenge and letting the girl make the advance towards a relationship. Another question though. So say after her repeated efforts, I agree to relationship. Now that she has "won" her battle, does she now feel like she is in the driver's seat? What should I be doing early on to ensure that the leader-plate relationship stays intact (under a different context)?

Great post OP. Frequent validation is psychologically so important to keep your mood up. What's the downside to experiencing validation to often?

Next this girl. Save your time and energy for other girls that want to spend time with you.

Get married only if you want to have kids. Otherwise, just find a woman that doesn't want to get married and would prefer having a committed LTR.

Saying "hi" to everyone you walk past is a good one, definitely need to implement this more. I find that many times I get caught up in my head (thinking about what needs to do, problem solving, planning, etc.) and fail to live in the present. Focusing on what's going on here and now is way healthier.

They're all homo sapiens, but North American women are all Vanity Queens. Completely obsessed with celebrities, mindless entertainment and their idea of their own self worth is completely off.

I think it would be better to say that there's no need for any RP dude in the western hemisphere to get married.

It's this entire idea that ever lessens my desire to have a long-term relationship with any North American women. Life here is just a never-ending popularity contest.

Blue pill. Gives good wisdom and perspective on things at times, but has trouble communicating and has not been a provider for my family for years. To be honest as I grew older and moved away from home for school, I've lost a lot of respect for my dad. He had a stable, well paying job that he lost over 15 years ago and hasn't been employed full-time since. He's completely lost touch with reality and how employable he would be at his age (he's 65). I know that over time I will have to forgive, bu…

Some good info, but I feel like just having the right state of mind (in terms of abundance) is not enough. You actually need to HAVE an abundant amount of ass to fully embrace the mentality. I definitely feel that I have an abundant mindset and I'm in an abundant environment, but when I see that 8, walk by I want her. Unless I'm juggling 2 or 3 other pieces of tail I can't help but notice her. The only time I won't notice her is when I literally have better things to do.

Amen brother. I can relate to some of what you said and not being able to connect with your father. My father had and still has issues communicating with our family and is completely removed from what is needed to survive and thrive in this society. My Dad told me no Red Pill lessons and just worked to ingrain in me established Blue Pill philosophies. Part of it is related to being an immigrant and that I can understand. I do respect my father for coming to a foreign land and trying to make some…
