Do you live in America? If so, this shouldn't surprise you. I had a friend whose girlfriend hit him in the head with a lamp and drew blood. He called the cops on her. The cops came, gave both of them tickets for domestic violence. They both went to court, and the judge dismissed her charges. In the end, he got a $400 fine and a criminal record for getting hit in the head with a lamp.

I noticed this trend in movies and tv shows with female leads... When it's time to gear up/power up/rise to the next level, female characters always do that by getting a total makeover. They get their hair styled and better clothes. Whereas, in guy movies, they get new skills, better equipment, better weapons, etc. When Wonder Woman got to her total makeover scene, I threw my hands up and thought, "Well, there it is. Same old shit."

I worked in IT for 9 years. 7 of that was in the Air Force. I met so many stupid people, I pretty much had to come to the conclusion everyone is stupid. I never got the impression there were any men in any of the places I worked who were too emotionally weak to call the help desk. I probably answered more stupid questions from men because men are the ones who get tasked to the be IT liason... plus there are just more men in the military. It's realistic to make generalizations as long as the call to action isn't hatred. If an alpha said, "All women have tendencies that frustrate me, but that's life, and I'll just work within the parameters life gives me to fulfill my potential," then that's just being realistic. The problem only exists because marriage licenses are oppessive contracts. The solution is to stop issuing marriage licenses. If anyone still wants to legally bind their assests, they can get a contract specifically for that. But we need to stop telling people they need a lifetime asset contract to be in love or cohabitate.
