2	Stuff My man, look into supplements like 5HTP-NAC-many others. Get a physical goal. Like the gym. Suicide is not the answer, you could come back in the next life in a worse situation. I went through the same type thing from 20-28 or so. Took a lot of time and got my brain chemistry right through diet and exercise with supplements. I’m now 32 and feel on top of the world.
