Breakfast is always ground beef, but for the rest I roll up from rump to porterhouse (not sure what the terminology is depending on country) depending on what I feel like, to be honest my favourite is t-bone. As far as the data, I guess you have to go with what you feel. I'd felt shit and haggard for years even though I was in shape.
