Commonality would be at their core the security and well-being of men as a gender or, even more-so, man as an individual (ie themselves). Differences: PUA: Uses calculated moves and speech to sleep with women out of insecurity and fear of deep personal change. MRA: Looks to the government and the political process to solve their problems (guess how well that goes). TRP: Personal growth and discipline are the keys to sexual conquests and inner well being. Also looks at gender differences under a …

Actually in the Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services>Frequent Locations section of an iPhone you can see the most frequented visited places and what times as well all without installing any apps or 'traps'. EDIT: Better defined menus

I totally agree with you on WOW and many other competitive online games (COD, Destiny, etc.) but I've found that single player games allows me flexibility to play on my own time and better pace myself within the game. Just my two cents.

Would love to do the same but that investment value in hardware is way too high right now.

Be aloof, be busy (don't just say you are), and start pursuing other interests covertly at first but then later not so much. Either she'll shape up or confront you on it in which case be CF and hold frame.

If there's a hierarchy to redpill thought it'd be: Frame (inner game, mental aptitude) Lifting (physical attractiveness, discipline) Approach (outcome dependence, SMP experience) Approaching is last on this list because creating true value for your life and general happiness comes from your own physical and mental health, girls and social proof are secondary to "becoming a man." The trick of cold approaching is that at first you're gonna suck at it. You're gonna suck at it a lot. The goal of doi…

I work at a gym and a lot of the guys here have switched their Monday's to legs as well due to congestion and such

Definitely a good idea. As long as you're hitting the same muscle group that's intended for that set, changing up what exercise you do (as well as reps) will hit different stabilizers and secondary muscles.

Barbell shrugs? Or do you use cable? Dumbell shrugs, barbell shrugs, and upright rows. Yup, facepulls and any rear delt exercises are really great for body width.

To quote Arnold: writing in 1977 that "steroids were helpful to me in maintaining muscle size while on a strict diet in preparation for a contest. I did not use them for muscle growth, but rather for muscle maintenance when cutting up." He didn't just magically grow muscles on steroids. He was already in that mindset and that lifestyle to be big, steroids just pushed him that much further.

Thinking about it, this routine would let you go consecutively with the P/P/L/P/P/L/Rest. Exactly what I'm looking for, thanks. I usually just work it straight through and take rest days as needed (listen to your body folks!) but yes doing the rest day on the 7th day of the set is ideal. Would fitting ab work outs on Legs be advisable (cable crunches)? Yup go for it! Abs can honestly be hit as much as you want (same with forearms). I've also been adding a ton more volume for my traps and delts (…

Those looking to become a career gym-rat or just want to be in the gym more days out of the week, check out a P/P/L (Push/Pull/Legs) routine. It's great for aesthetics and all around fitness. I switched off of ICF 5x5 to this once I started platueing and it definitely turned my workouts around. Tl;dr: Push (Chest/Triceps/Shoulders): Flat Barbell Bench Press: 3x5 Seated (or Standing) Barbell Shoulder/Overhead Press: 3x5 Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3x5 Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise: 3x10-12 Rope Pu…

I really loved how they were all helpless at one point or another. Especially towards end during the last few action set pieces our heros were getting their collective asses kicked and you could see the fatigue and damage set into them. Great stuff.

No because the sub r/conservative is an echo chamber and one of the most toxic subs I've seen

Believe me I'm also not a fan of white washing entire groups of people especially on political leanings. I didn't mean it as a "conservative" post but as an "r/conservative" post witch is actually fairly different

I'm really surprised by the backlash this movie is getting on here, it feels almost like an /r/conservative post with the breitbart link. This movie is by all accounts a hard R-rated action fest with explosions and murder, if George Miller felt the need to sprinkle in some injustice and emotional trauma towards women (or men) then great that's good movie making.

The original OP is the third time in just as many days that I've see that graph and every-time the cheating one really stood out to me. Even if the fake graph better fits our 'narrative,' I still would rather have the more accurate version circulated. Thanks for pointing this out and I really hope you continue to do so anytime this is brought up.

The most important part is the build up to before the movie. Talk with her, get her a drink, do some kino, and drag out starting the movie.

I isolated and tried to kiss a girl at a party on saturday and got rejected. I talked to her the next day on facebook and our conversation went awesome, with her going as far as to say "why were you interested in me when there were so many other girls there" so i gave her my number and told to call me sometime if she wanted to hang out. Now it's Tuesday and I havent heard a peep from her either through FB or phone. Advice?
