How to be LOUD as fuck in a noisy clubSome people have difficulty projecting their voice and being heard in a club/noisy environment. Shouting too much statins their voice. I'm sure it doesn't affect everybody, but this post was targeted for those who had a problem and didn't really understand how to project their voice from their diaphragm. | /r/TheRedPill | 06/07/16 01:49 PM

Introduction to Bodyweight Training - Part 1: A Primer.Yup, I agree on the progression being a little out of whack. For instance, the muscle up progression is extremely tough, as they expect you to go from doing regular pull ups on a particular month to full blown muscle ups in the next. Only issue I have with the body weight sub routine is the use of rings as I don't own a pair and I don't know where and how I can utilise them. They're also silent on the muscle up and that's something I really want to achieve. Looking forward to your program. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/06/16 03:44 PM
Introduction to Bodyweight Training - Part 1: A Primer.Brilliant! I've been doing the beginners routine on the body weight fitness for a couple of months now and I love it. It's the same as weight lifting, in the sense that you just need to eat more calories in order to become swole. There's a big misconception out there that you can't get jacked with calisthenics. I have a question though. You ever heard of the bar brothers? What do you think of this routine as compared to the one on body weight sub? http://www.barbrothersgroningen.com/calisthenics… | /r/TheRedPill | 13/06/16 03:04 PM
| -10 | Just a wordI understand what you're saying but that wouldn't be the wise move here. My father is old and to give him this shock would Not be fair on him. I don't know if he's strong enough for such a blow. Ignorance at times is bliss. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/03/16 07:11 AM |
Just a wordWow, that makes so much sense. I guess this is the end game of AWALT. To finally understand and have it ingrained in your head the true nature of women, to understand that love is not an end in itself and that there should always be something bigger than your girl. It's always good to hear from someone who's been through the same grind. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/03/16 06:18 AM
Just a wordNo, this is not hate at all. You're correct that this is a matter of perspective. If someone else's mom would have pulled the same I would have said AWALT in my head. But since this is my mom it makes it tougher to swallow. Thank you for your view. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/03/16 05:48 AM

The Spin CycleThe use of 'K' is a shit test destroyer and hamster spinner. I've been using this the last week with two different girls over text, and I use it because one I have nothing to say and two I couldn't really be bothered. I think this type of attitude really flows through the text and hits their whammy on their heads because they can't comprehend how such a beauty like them could be at the receiving end of a 'K'. After this the conversation really flows from her end and you just have to maintain the… | /r/TheRedPill | 08/03/16 02:13 AM
Tune-up Tuesday: What is your #1 issue you need help with the most? One question: I get that people should be interested in the other person while making conversation but how to do you move to the next stage of being genuine friends? | 7 | Assume FormlessnessSafety and security I would guess. A sense of familiarity with being or acting in pre determined ways in certain situations. We need to realise that we can be anything and act in any manner we please and that we do not have to stick to the habits which hold us back. You've always been a listener in a conversation? Flip the script and be the yapper instead. Always been bullied? Flip it and be alpha instead. Such flipping of the script would be much easier if we assume formlessness as you say as t… | /r/TheRedPill | 10/02/16 09:32 AM
Assume FormlessnessThis is enlightening. Great post. Thank you for sharing. We are all conscious about something, something which makes us insecure or makes us question ourself. One may think he's not smart enough, one that he's not a sleek talker while the other may think that he's not worthy of a certain love. This list can go on but the important part is to realise that such psychological insecurities stem from our identification with certain situations which may have taken place in the past. You may have fumbe… | /r/TheRedPill | 09/02/16 06:00 PM

Own your FrameNice post. I think the community needs an in depth and easy to digest write up about frame. I'm certain that there are others like me who have a very vague and abstract understanding of what exactly constitutes frame? Is it setting boundaries? Is it the self chatter which goes on in your head? Is it the values and beliefs a man holds to be true? If so, how exactly do these beliefs translate into reality and how does one develop a healthy masculine frame? I think such a post will be extremely hel… | /r/TheRedPill | 01/02/16 04:05 PM
Women. They're full of shit! This will also have the effect of removing them off the pedestal. The belief that you're better than her has to be ingrained in your psyche, not for a mere feeing of superiority, but for the fact that a woman can only ever love and respect you when she looks up to you. This has to be drilled in. This will especially benefit in the long term as the OP rightly mentions, as then you would go after what you want in life rather than sacrificing just to please your woman. | /r/TheRedPill | 30/01/16 05:03 AM

Basics of GameGood question. I personally believe 90% of our thoughts are useless and mere repetitions of the negative patters we each may individually have. This leads to a huge energy drain. Second, these negative thoughts produce certain emotions in our body which can be physically felt. For example - when you're anxious you might get a sort of heaviness in your chest or when nervous butterflies in the stomach. What I am referring to is to not give in to the said thoughts/emotions and merely watch them fro… | /r/TheRedPill | 19/01/16 06:47 PM

But don't go overboard with this and constantly harp on about the thermodynamics of superconducting transition. Balance is key. Knowledge is a sort of dominance. But only give hints of it. | 0 | What are the dynamics of dealing with men?So deflecting shit tests, amused mastery seems to fall in place here. But what if you sense disrespect or just feel inferior? | -3 | An Alpha poem from 1934This is quite enlightening. It simplifies the concept of not being a nice guy in my opinion. Let's say people/friends are disrespecting you but you don't want to stand up to them or say something nasty that's on your mind because you feel that they may not like it or that they may abandon you. This results in low self esteem as it translates into not respecting yourself. What this poem advocates is that at the end of the day it is only your respect for your own self which matters and nothing els… | /r/TheRedPill | 15/11/15 10:39 AM |

Need some advice - Ex wants me backThanks for the advice. Feel like i owe you guys an update. We met again last night. Met up with some of her friends. Came back home very late - M, my friend and i. Slept on the same bed and kinda cuddled again. However, i did talk to her. I asked her whether she knew that what we were doing would fuck us up. She agreed. Told her how i dont want to get into anything serious at this stage but i did want to be there next to her at that moment. | 1 | Need some advice - Ex wants me backThanks for the link. However, what Rollo encompasses is a situation where there has been an infidelity of sorts which eventually led to the break up. I didnt provide all the info in my post, but there was no cheating in our relationship. In fact i was always the one to dump her because i felt i deserved a better looking girl. Although she is a looker and quite a few people are crazy about her. Does that change your opinion? The fact that there was no infidelity and it was always i who left her. | /r/askTRP | 20/10/15 08:06 AM

Simple guide on how to get a deeper voice.I've been obssessed with the way i sound. The first time i heard myself on a recording i couldn't believe that anything in life could sound so terrible. I lost my faith in life and my voice that day. But to get to the point. Iv gone to the heights of obsession with the sound of my voice, and nothing has really helped me. Except: Olivia Fox Cabane and her pretty lil technique : pause for two seconds before you answer. Off the charts that shit! Beautiful voice will follow. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/10/15 08:37 AM

[FR] Step 1 - Have your Frame CompromisedOP, i think her picking the French guy story, though might be true, could have been dealt with like a shit test. Your response was good enough till the part where you said 'i'm not that type of person'. That kind of gives a vibe that you're seeking her approval. A better response could have been - grabbing her by the hand and taking her for a walk and amplifying the 'sadness' of the fact that she did not get herself some 'frenchie'. (no offence to any one French here, its purely contextual). Abo… | /r/TheRedPill | 16/08/15 07:30 AM
Frame Lesson from Donald TrumpFor all the comments about him putting himself in a position which he should have avoided in the first place by avoiding his 'comments', i think the lesson we should try to learn here is his refusal to succumb to an apology if he doesn't think it fit to do so. A majority of the population would say that they want a 'sorry' out of him, but this same majority will be seething with excitement that Trump brings to the table - by holding frame and refusing to succumb. | /r/TheRedPill | 14/08/15 07:23 AM
| 1 | On Achieving Long-Term Goals.I feel you and where you are at the moment. The catalyst for me was the book slight edge by Jeff Olson.
