NAACP is a private organization. BIA is the government and works directly with American Indians (which is the term those local to where I'm from use, including my grandmother before she died) so if they had enough objection, the name probably would have been changed by now.

The person saying he's violent is the woman who bloody wants to adopt the child. I mean, they're saying the tribe found out when the father found out.
