0	How do you deal with the duality? I was. I understand how "asking her to grow up and pull her weight" may come across like I wasn't. I've voiced my opinions over and over again, but never wanted to feel controlling like my father can be. I even explained the passion project was a bad time because her industry relied on people making their money in mine, which wasn't happening. 1	How do you deal with the duality? Hit the nail on the head, somewhat. I'm still in a decade long relationship, barring the few months we broke up. Things got back to a good start and we have decent moments, but she's regressing overall. A decade I've sacrificed, worked, catered, and carried the relationship as a man is raised to do. All I asked for was for her to match my energy and even poured my resources into her ill-timed passion project.
