Looking over your list, I think I'm gonna be alright. 1 is probably a struggle for me, as I'm constantly seeking self improvement, but sometimes that blurs between wanting to be better, and being unhappy with who I am and that I'm not better. Okay, that's all great and all, but how about some pointers on how to fix it. Hell even to this day I still see a bit of some of those issues in myself. It's going great with my current girlfriend, but fuck I don't want to end up feeling like the asshole he described in the first paragraph if this doesn't work out. There are doctors that specialize in doing exactly what chiropractors do (or rather what they intend to do), except they also happen to have graduated medical school and are actual physicians. They're called osteopathic physicians. I see your point, but take issue with making the distinction like that. Personally I try to remove the terms "girls" and "chicks" from my vocabulary. For some reason using the word gal has had a very positive effect in how people open up to me. I don't use it all the time, but it's been noticed in a positive way. It is also something that could be externally noticeable. Not only does it help your stress and make you calm a bit, you immediately seem calm. Cool, calm, and collected is never a bad thing to seem. Protein is actually a weird one. There were some studies done, that yes you will get fatter, but the rate at which you get fatter is significantly lower for every calorie of Protein you're over than it is for every category of fat or carb. Not saying you're wrong, because you aren't. But if you're looking to bulk, keep it cleaner by sticking with a much higher percentage of protein.

I've actually switched away from the big name stuff. MY experience with Tinder is get the date pretty much instantly. There's a reason they're on Tinder too. If they wanted to get to know you they'd use a service with a bio or something, like OKCupid. I smoke at most, a pack a month, and have been able to go months at a time without smoking. I'm more of a social smoker than anything. And again, I'm trying to quit. Thanks for the heaping plate of judgment. I love you.

A good move as a smoker is to tell your target to come out with you while you smoke. It's a compliance test, and gives you the ability to isolate. That was the original idea, but the fact that I bummed the cigarette off her friend meant he and my buddy also joined us. My friend did a great job of keeping the guy busy though, and that's when I started to escalate kino.

I always thought the scale starts at 5 from the typical girl you were getting when you start out. The better I get the higher I try to go up that scale. I started with 5's and quickly jumped to 6's, then 7's, I've seemed to have plateaued there, with an occasional 8. I do okay getting k-closes with 8's. thanks guy. Yea, it was a good time. I just kinda wanted to figure out what subconsciously made me not attempt escalation. I'm starting to thing flying solo doesn't work if you're unsure of which HB to go after when you're talking to a few at a time.
