I don't think it's necessarily disrespectful, but it depends on the level of trust in the relationship & the context of the clubbing event. Sometimes groups of women like to have "girls nights" & if they like dancing, that may include going clubbing. 1	Q4ALL: How have your views on romance changed over the years? I think I was always pretty realistic about it, perhaps stemming from low self-esteem & low expectations at a young age. Falling in love in my late teens actually made me less cynical. A balance of romance & realism has remained possible for me over the years. Fwiw, I'm a woman who's had 8 sexual partners while my boyfriend has had upwards of 30, and it makes me uncomfortable that he's had so much casual sex while I haven't, but obviously I am attracted to him & fell in love with him anyway.
