It's called MGTOW2. The original mgtow was packed with incels. Which by itself isnt necessarily a bad thing as I can understand where incels are coming from - dealing with similar problems when I was younger. But it becomes an echo chamber which can produce some pretty malignant attitudes. MGTOW (at least to me) isnt about hating women. It's about being indifferent to them.

You have 3 billion years of evolutionary forces going into your desire to find companionship/a mate. Actual monks probably can't even fully quell their desires - that's why actual monks live in monasteries with little to no women. That's why the concept of "desire" or "tanha" is at the core of eastern religions. It's an instinct. IMO instincts wont ever leave - its whether or not you choose to actually act on the instinct that is MGTOW.

The first thing you have to do is un-convince yourself that you've "fucked up your brain". If you're trying to quit something - having a mindset that the damage is already done gives you excuses to imbibe... the brain is plastic - it can be changed and molded. You just have to put in the effort.

You actually use the word "cuck" directed at people you see in real life? I think r/MGTOW might be better suited for you.

I was a roofer before I went to grad school. I was not strong when I was younger - but i was tough. I got many of my friends jobs on my construction crew - but they bailed after a week on the job. Because they didn't have the mental fortitude to do construction. It's hard LABOR. That is what people mean when they talk about being "strong".

You can learn how to control your ADHD. And you can learn organization. Dont settle for bullshit just because you've already set a limit on yourself mentally - that is the worst thing you could do for your future. Force yourself to read a book for an hour a day - this is how you overcome ADHD. I'm disorganized. I could probably have been diagnosed ADHD if I wanted to when I was younger. I am a great physician now. If Lebron James wanted to be a doctor - hed probably have went to Harvard med. You…

Any time I've tried to interact with a woman in a relaxed/facetious/friendly manner as I would a male acquaintance I've always been let down.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
