13	Women called 911 to scare her boyfriend. He got tasered she got arrested. Not sure which video you watched, but the boyfriend was tased in his apartment (doorway) hands up, while complying. His initial moment of aggression was over, and he presented no threat at all. This is poor training, and perhaps some ego on the officers parts. 5	A rare moment of clarity for the courts My child’s mom started to go down this road, until she ran the numbers...also, she realized that if everything goes through the courts, there would be no side help if she needed it. I always wanted to provide for my kid, so bringing the courts in really made it more difficult, as I had to pay the state, then the state paid her.
