| – | Ladies who Lift pt. 2: Setting goals, finding out your 1 Rep Max and choosing a training style for your goal.Firstly, yes, but not everyone has time to browse 100s of subreddits on every single topic, and there were specific requests from women who wanted to get into lifting to post about this, as otherwise they would have to sift through mountains of information on fitness sites that was not specifically aimed at them. These posts are aimed at beginners. People who really get into it will do their own research anyway, I'm sure. Secondly, I don't think you've read the sidebar (the sidebar includes the … | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/03/17 11:06 AM |
| – | Ladies who Lift pt. 2: Setting goals, finding out your 1 Rep Max and choosing a training style for your goal.Right, so we should all just talk about RP theory, cooking and make up? (Haven't seen you refer anyone to cookery or beauty subreddits under those posts btw). These posts were in response to direct requests for lifting advice to be posted on this sub. | – | Are men worried women will be too materialistic? If yes how can I be sensitive to this?Right, but would you take her to a work dinner or function wearing those sweatpants and undershirt? I bet not. Although there are a lot of girls who are ridiculously materialistic, you have to realise that some 'materialism' stems from the expectation to look good and feminine, appeal to men in all situations etc. I like dressing up every now and again, but if I didn't live with my boyfriend my wardrobe would be half the size and I'd probably be in sweatpants any time I'm not at work. | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/03/17 02:14 PM |
| – | Ladies who Lift pt. 2: Setting goals, finding out your 1 Rep Max and choosing a training style for your goal.Oh I love Whitney Simmons! She's got such a soft feminine physique. Those are good exercises you're doing, but I would go heavier with less reps on some of them - especially your squats, lunges and deadlifts. On your second day, I would add another core lift like trap bar deadlift, sumo deadlift, or hip thrusts. You don't have to add an extra day in really - with the way you've split your exercises, perhaps do heavy weight low reps for the exercises at the start of your session (deadlifts, squat… | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/03/17 09:13 AM |
| – | What happened to attractive post-wall women you know? So, I don't know very many post-wall women because of my age, but my auntie is a single woman at 40. I would not say she is or ever has been super attractive (probably about a 6/10, but she actually looks better now that she's 40 than she was at 25). My auntie was engaged when she was in her early-mid 20s, while still studying sociology at university. I think he might have been her first, or perhaps second intimately (I'm not sure, I was a little kid then!). She ended the relationship instead of… | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/03/17 01:32 PM |
| – | BuzzFeed at it again with tiresome feminist rhetoricAs much as I hate articles like this, I have to say about 30% of the insinuated scenarios (bad uber driver, spiked drink, followed home) have happened to me. Mostly in daytime hours too. Go figure. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/03/17 09:55 AM |
| – | Ladies who Lift pt. 2: Setting goals, finding out your 1 Rep Max and choosing a training style for your goal.Yes, pretty much, although I've found it's not always 100% accurate anyway, and I've been doing it for long enough I know by feel if something is too easy/too tough. For example my 1RM deadlift is 115kg, so my 10RM should be around 85-87.5kg, but it's actually more like 92.5kg. While my bench is 55kg 1RM but my absolute 10RM is 37.5kg instead of the calculated 42.5kg. But I use the calculators to get an idea of what I should be lifting for 5, 8, 10 reps based off my 1RM and then adjust according… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/03/17 04:20 PM |

| – | Ladies who Lift pt. 2: Setting goals, finding out your 1 Rep Max and choosing a training style for your goal.Thank you! My 'addictive' (or obsessive maybe?) personality came in handy when I first started working out and wanted to know EVERYTHING about it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/03/17 02:09 PM |
| – | Ladies: Who is your style/personality muse? Do you have a certain aesthetic you strive for?Queenie Goldstein! She's a fictional character from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them, but I remember being so drawn to her character... here is a video | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/03/17 09:56 AM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness.Sounds like you spend all of your sleep in deep sleep? Almost like you only have one long sleep cycle... which probably is not healthy? mine are always waves from being nearly awake to super deep sleep about 1.5h apart.. so I go through around 5 or 6 cycles a night.. | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/03/17 08:59 PM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness.Maybe you just have particularly disturbed sleep! Have you used sleep apps to track your sleep quality? There is one called Sleep Cycle which has a basic free version which I've used before and it is quite good! If adderall helps, use it. If you have a condition which requires medicating for you to be able to be happy and function, there is nothing wrong with that. I don't understand the stigma around this - if people are in pain they're happy to take painkillers, but if the medication has any m… | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/03/17 03:29 PM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness. That sounds really tough if I'm honest, but you say you still get things done so maybe focus on that... Set yourself small goals to do extra things than just bare minimum and see how you do? Getting stuck and paralysed or having hallucinations sounds more like night terrors to me! Do you drink any alcohol? That can induce sleep paralysis and night terrors in some people. And I know that sounds silly, but if you have a partner, you could take a nap during the day and ask them to stay in the room … | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/03/17 09:56 AM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness. To me it sounds like by trying to manage it by yourself you're doing more harm than good by bottling it in and not speaking to your loved ones about it or a professional. If you're snapping at people because you are bottling it in, that's probably not a good long term solution, and perhaps you should think about just chatting to people close to you about how you feel? | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/03/17 09:48 AM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness. Is this physical or mental fatigue? Or both? How much sleep do you get a night? Have you ever been checked for sleep apnoea? | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/03/17 03:43 PM |
| – | How did it get there? He changed his sheets immediately so you couldn't examine them for other evidence. I bet you there was hair somewhere too. Neeext. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/03/17 12:53 PM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness.Oh no! Motivating yourself to do anything when you feel awful can be so hard :( I love exercise so I'm usually ok with that, but I have found finding the motivation to read or even do the dishes/cook dinner is my problem area. I tend to almost procrastinate by doing nothing for a couple of hours instead of being productive, because I don't find reading or chores distracting enough... Definitely try vitamin D along with your B complex (does your b complex have B12?), that's one energy combo! | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/03/17 11:57 AM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness.Ooh, I already have a pretty good sleeping pattern established (my anxiety does not seem to affect my sleep too much luckily), but I will try the bright light. I live in a place with rubbish weather though and it's often still half dark when I get up... Does this have to be daylight? | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/03/17 11:54 AM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness.Thank you for sharing your experience - if it helps at all, I know a couple of women through family friends with full blown schizophrenia in successful, fulfilling relationships. They also both have children. Of course they have their struggles, and I'm sure that things happen behind closed doors, but I don't think a mental health issue necessarily makes you damaged goods. You seem to have a very good handle on it with everything you do, and I think it's not a mental health issue in itself that … | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/03/17 11:27 AM |
| – | Let’s talk about mental health and how it affects our RPWness.I'm starting to think it's seasonal, although my last anxiety bout when I was 18 was middle of summer. I already take vitamin D and that's helped a wee bit, and as a weightlifter I take cod liver oil, B12, B complex, C and a multivitamin like they're going out of fashion! | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/03/17 02:28 PM |
| – | Boyfriend putting me on a pedestalIt sounds to me like you have some mild depression/anxiety! I have something similar at the moment, and it's not extreme enough to really warrant medication. As I already exercise and eat healthy, that doesn't tend to make me feel better, but I've seen an improvement since taking vitamin D. I am also in a similar situation that I don't socialise very much at the moment, as for one year we are living in an area where there are literally no people our age. It is hard to only socialise with my boyf… | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/03/17 10:17 AM |

| 1 | AskRPW: How Much Does "Type" Matter to You?I definitely don't have a set type. I'd say from the boys/men I've dated, the only thing they all had in common was nice eyes and all were taller than me, but I'm 5'1'' so that's not hard. I wasn't specifically looking for someone taller. But other than that, they were all different, between 1 year younger and 8 years older, musician, student, one was a complete and utter bum (live and learn), doctor, etc etc. For a while I particularly liked long hair on some men, but it was just a small prefer… | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/02/17 12:11 PM |
| 2 | When you don't want sexYou have already identified why you don't feel great in yourself and it's great that you're doing something about it. But remember - if your boyfriend is initiating, the extra 5lbs don't bother him AT ALL. Also something important to remember is - if he wants to get intimate with you, it's his most important way of showing you he loves you and finds you attractive. This is something I keep in the back of my mind if I'm ever not feeling up for it - how would I feel if my boyfriend shut me down wh… | /r/RedPillWomen | 27/02/17 11:00 AM |

| – | (Serious) Why Shouldn't Women Perform Sex Work?I think you might have slightly misunderstood my point here - I personally quit that job because my circumstances changed and I no longer needed or wanted it. Also most of the girls I know from there still work there and about half of them are in relationships... sex work of that kind doesn't necessarily take away from your ability to be a good person/partner or whatever. Sure some girls will have a party girl approach to it, but that's because it's the mindset they already have, it's not the jo… | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/02/17 12:01 PM |
| 3 | What do you think about modern beauty trends? Which ones do you love and which ones do you hate??I love a lot of different beauty trends! I'm really into make up. I love strobing or a bronzed natural look for daytime, and either a heavy eye or a statement lip for night time. I also like a lot of the creative youtube make up to look at (like what pixiwoo sometimes do!), but not to wear. I think it's so skillful. I hate instagram make up though, with the super heavy cakey base, contouring, heavy eyes and like 7 different products on the lips. I just don't think it's practical at all. I think … | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/02/17 12:44 PM |
| – | (Serious) Why Shouldn't Women Perform Sex Work?I was gonna use a throwaway for this, but oh well. My account is not tied to any overly personal details. I worked in non-intimate (as in non physical, no touching) type of sex work for a year and a half up until the end of 2015 (yep sue me). I knew about RPW for most of it and I was in a relationship for the later half. My boyfriend knew even before we became exclusive. I also had another job at the time too and was studying. I can't speak for women who perform intimate sex work as I don't know… | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/02/17 05:17 PM |
| – | (Serious) Why Shouldn't Women Perform Sex Work? Why would any woman (even a single one who just likes to have sex) pay for sex if she can get it anywhere for free? | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/02/17 04:48 PM |
| 1 | Relationship questionFirst of all, do you both work/have incomes? Most men these days will pay sometimes, but if the woman works too, she is more often than not expected to contribute. Me and my boyfriend both work, and we usually split casual dates around about 50/50, and as for big dates, it depends who planned it ;) I think he probably pays slightly more often than me, but his income is a fair bit more than mine. We also live together and split rent bills and groceries 50/50 and as we both work full time we also … | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/02/17 10:21 AM |
| 2 | A case for segregated schools for our children.I found it to be so! Especially in secondary school - you still had to take most subjects whether you were good at them or not, and the system definitely helped kids that were good at some things but not others. As education is compulsory until 16, it also meant that those who didn't want to be there and weren't at all interested didn't drag the motivated kids down and were not disruptive. It also means you get to interact with lots of different students, as you wouldn't be in class with the sam… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/02/17 10:17 PM |
| 3 | Opposite Sex FriendshipsI think you can't control how the other person is feeling, but you can often tell... I have male friends, but would end friendships if there was the slightest hint of attraction (them going out of their way to do something for me, being overly nice and attentive etc). I feel like perhaps I am very good at vetting male friends from people who want in my pants to people who have similar interests but aren't interested though. As for being too nice and coming across as flirty, I have never had that… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/02/17 02:39 PM |
| 5 | Opposite Sex FriendshipsMe and my boyfriend are not married, but we have been in an exclusive relationship for 2 years now (and dated for nearly a year before that) and have lived together since June. I have to say, I kind agree on some level with the article that some people keep an opposite sex friend on the backburner, and become friends with people they are attracted to, but as the article mentions, friendships are possible when there is no sexual attraction there. I have to say, I have more male than female friend… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/02/17 02:33 PM |
| – | A case for segregated schools for our children. In the UK there are what you call 'sets' both in mixed and single sex schools, which are based on your ability, set 1 being the highest, and then depending on the number of kids in the year anywhere down to set 3-7. You are still pushed to do the best you can in every set, and if you do better than expected consistently for a couple of months (get good homework grades, class tests etc), you are moved up a set. (or down if you get worse and worse and fall behind) | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/02/17 01:44 PM |
| 3 | A case for segregated schools for our children.I will have a look when next on a computer! It had something to do with girls being more academically competitive when there are boys (wanting to be better/as good) in the classroom, than if there are only girls. If you are interested and in the UK/can figure out a way to make your computer think it is, there is a brilliant tv programme called the secret life of 4/5/6 year olds which looks at the differences and similarities between boys and girls and how they interact with each other. | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/02/17 12:43 AM |
| – | A case for segregated schools for our children.I think I remember reading a study or article a couple of years back that boys benefit (academically) from a single sex system while girls benefit from a mixed system. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/17 09:15 PM |
| 2 | RPW! What did you GIVE for Valentine's Day?Well we had agreed that we would just do cards and get a nice dinner at home, so I got my bf nice card and I put some little vouchers in it for things I can do for him like massages, breakfast in bed, drinks out, a homemade lunch etc. I left this on his night stand as I leave for work before he wakes up. I think he really liked it, because he decided to slightly outdo me, and had a card, my favourite chocolate treats and a rose for me at dinner... xD | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/17 09:47 AM |
| – | How can I win my husband back?I'm not sure I agree with your advice here. +2kg is literally NOTHING. I sometimes gain 2kg through the day simply through water retention. This would be good advice if she gained over 5kg and actually clearly had weight to lose, but as she is already small and petite, I don't think this is the issue. Advising someone to quit their job to work out is 100% not appropriate. Sounds to me like there is a different underlying issue OP - I would talk to your husband about it. Especially if you aren't … | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/17 09:42 AM |
| 2 | Ladies who lift. Part 1: BeginnersWell, you're entitled to your opinion, but I think as generally TRP recommends both men and women work out (and yes that includes lifting weights), I think most women here would disagree with you. Muscles give you a more defined back (feminine), wider lats and a bigger booty, which create a much tighter waist (feminine), nice shoulder and arm definition (feminine! if you have no definition in your arms, even if you are skinny they can look a bit flabby) and nice legs (feminine). | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/02/17 09:29 AM |
| 5 | Is there something wrong with being a girl that wants a high n count? Can you please link the feminist study that aligns with CDC data? And also a link to the actual CDC study please? I've not been able to find it through a google search, and you always link imgur images, I wanna read the stuff with bibliographies and referencing xD | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/02/17 10:43 AM |
| 2 | What dating websites have you had the most success on?I met my BF through Tinder, but this was over 3 years ago when Tinder was still relatively small in comparison to now. At the time I only used that - already had to vet quite hard as it is a hook up app, but had a fair few good dates (and one awful one) from it with the guys I decided to meet. I'm quite young, and a lot of people I know my age have used it for dating (and hook ups, depending on their priorities), not heard many recommendations for other dating services from under 28s where I liv… | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/02/17 12:03 PM |
| 1 | All you career gals...I'm in the arts! I'm currently a technician in a higher education college, but I also sometimes cover classes and run workshops. I was at university previously and I did a fine art degree, and I also worked in galleries (which I think I want to go back to). I'm working towards being a facilitator/curator/gallery director, but trying to get further technical knowledge first, then do a masters and phd. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/02/17 11:56 AM |
| 1 | If you are not official, you are not exclusive!Yes I understand what you are saying. However that's not to say that all women lie about their n-count and that's not to say men don't lie about theirs either. Either way, most studies don't polarise men and women as much as the one you provided and their counts are much closer, meaning the average for either sex is more like 6 if you equal out the liars. Not even close to many (again, meaning majority) women having an n-count of over 20 by the time they finish college. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/17 05:55 PM |

| – | If you are not official, you are not exclusive! You have a very extreme view of women. All women have the potential to have a very high n-count, that does not mean all of them do. Maybe this is the kind of women you have surrounded yourself with and have never seen any other, or maybe you are just extreme in all your world views. I have come across women who are like that, who blatantly hamster away one night stands etc. But I have come across even more women who don't have one night stands, and they aren't necessarily RP women in their world… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/17 05:01 PM |
| – | If you are not official, you are not exclusive!Perhaps, although these are women I know since I have been 18 (some of them were still virgins then), I've lived with a lot of them for periods of time, went on pretty much all nights out with them etc, and never seen them go home with someone off the bat. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/17 03:43 PM |
| – | I feel badDo you think a job in the arts is not available to men based on their sex or merit? I work in the arts myself and whether you're employed here depends on your education and experience, not what sex you are. It is only female privilege if men are obviously excluded from that job even though they are as qualified or more qualified to do it than a woman. | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/17 03:40 PM |
| – | If you are not official, you are not exclusive!I'm not sure I agree with your data.. Average lifetime n-count for women is still only 4.7-7 (based on various online articles from the independent, cosmo, bbc etc. the larger the pool of women surveyed the smaller the n-count), but you say less than 20% have an n-count smaller than 5, and MANY (many = majority) have an n-count of over 20 after college alone. Surely this would bring averages up way above 10 n-count per woman. I had a read of your sources and I can't locate sample sizes. I went t… | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/02/17 01:35 PM |
| – | I feel badI'm 100% not sure the privilege you're comparing between your and your husband's jobs is a privilege because you're a woman though. It's a privilege because of your job choice and his job choice, not because you are female and male. A man in your job would likely be dealing with similar clientele to you, and a woman in your husband's job is likely to be dealing with a similar clientele to your husband. Not being particularly adventurous with our food at the moment, lots of raw veggies and a protein source and quinoa/couscous/brown rice. We both like cooking but don't get much time on weekdays. | 1 | Ladies who lift. Part 1: BeginnersI think Strength Standards website will generate most weightlifting programs for you based on sex weight and height, but you also need to know your 1 rep max for each lift. You can choose to use 90% of your 1RM instead of 100% for the programming if you haven't lifted in a while and want to ease yourself into it without going super heavy :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 06/02/17 04:05 PM |

| 0 | Changing from "father's word is law" to "husband's word is law"My parents split when I was 12 and me, my mum and my sister moved to a different country. My mum re-married (so did my dad), but for me really 'mother's word was law' as my stepfather was not completely comfortable deciding for me and my sister, as my dad, although in another country, was still very involved. However, my dad couldn't exactly provide advice on most things, living somewhere completely different and not knowing the systems etc of the country I'm living in. | 1 | Ladies who lift. Part 1: BeginnersWell, if you really try you can. If you enter a caloric deficit by exercising more but eating the same, you will lose body fat, and if you only exercise certain body parts while you're doing it, yes, you will lose fat all over your body, but the exercised parts will be much more poppin'. | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/02/17 10:53 AM |

This is what I've always called them anyway. My advice is do them on a bench, and go heavy. What is your deadlift max if I may ask? Mine is 115kg for 1 rep without a belt, and i hip thrust 80-90kg for 10-12 reps. I do them with a free bar, you can also do them on the smith machine for greater glute isolation. Currently my SO is 1 year older than me, but to be honest, I couldn't care less about age difference... He could be 2 years younger and if he was the same man, I would be head over heels still. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/02/17 02:25 PM |
| – | Ladies - Do You Feel Welcome On Other Subreddits?I am open to other people's opinions and their choices to live their life, as long as they let me live mine how I want. Therefore I feel welcome in most places on the internet, and feel like I can have a discussion with people even if they are not like-minded. I have feminist and non-feminist friends in real life too, and I don't seem to have a problem with that. But I'm probably not very strict RPW. | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/02/17 10:48 AM |
| – | Declare your strengths!Thank you! Have you tried using budgeting apps? They often require you to enter every purchase you make into them, meaning you can see how it will affect your overall budget and if you can afford it. The personal finance page on reddit is also an absolute goldmine of good budgeting and saving tips :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/02/17 09:50 AM |
| 3 | What age did you reach your peak?I will write up a post as I saw a couple of other people mention it! I'll make sure to include some links to videos and articles you can read too. I'm sure there are a few ladies who lift who can also then chip in as well! :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/17 03:48 PM |
| 2 | What age did you reach your peak?I'm not the original poster, but I thought about doing a post about lifting for ages as I think it's so beneficial! I might try to write something up! | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/17 12:22 PM |
| – | What age did you reach your peak?I'm a regular lifter if you need advice! You can message me directly, or I could do a post if more people are keen to read it... | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/17 12:07 PM |
| – | Declare your strengths! These are not necessarily all RP qualities, but they are 5 things I am currently most happy with about myself. I am good at budgeting. I used to be terrible and used to overspend, and currently on pretty much the same salary I had before I am managing to save nearly 50% of it every month. It means me and my SO are able to travel together more, which we both love! I am a good critical thinker and debater. This is probably largely due to the degree I studied, but I'm able to quickly get involved i… | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/02/17 12:02 PM |
| 1 | Women's MarchI didn't march myself as I don't live in a country that held a march, however I have thoroughly looked at what people who went stood for, and it was not just female reproductive rights. I feel like perhaps social media slightly misrepresented it as a feminist only march, as a lot of the photos were of the 'funny and punny' feminist signs, but I dug deeper through all the reports and photos. I feel like reproductive rights were a big issue, and as someone had tweeted "as long as you live you will… | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/01/17 01:42 PM |

| 1 | Women's "Ideal" Body Types Throughout HistoryNot in most cases - dismissing someone's hard work as 'they just use photoshop' is not a great attitude. You have to remember that for a lot of fitness models that is their full time job, and they work extremely hard to keep in shape. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/03/16 10:34 AM |
| 3 | Women's "Ideal" Body Types Throughout HistoryI mostly agree! Most instagram fitness models will get breast implants, as by achieving a low enough body fat to expose your abdominal muscles and have a really tight waist, you effectively lose most of your boobs. The reason these women get implants is to balance out their figure again (I'm sure if there squats for boobs, they would do those instead of getting implants!) However, butt implants aren't as popular as it would seem. A lot of their bums are natural, but bear in mind that going to th… | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/03/16 10:32 AM |
| 6 | Don't Forget: Steak and BJ Day is March 14thI actually organised our Valentine's this year as he was working, so instead of S&BJ day he suggested we have chicken and lickin' day! | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/03/16 04:25 PM |
| 2 | Is curiosity about his romantic past an ugly trait in a woman?I recently read an article that stated that people with neuroses tend to be more attractive (both men and women). For men, women's curiousness, anxiety or even jealousy (in a harmless, not bat shit crazy way) about their mans sexual past can be really attractive, as it is seen as feminine. I will try and find a link to this article again. | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/11/15 01:22 PM |
| 2 | Lurkers, we would love to hear from you!I've lurked here since about March/April this year, however I have damaged my computer and can't for the life of me remember my login, so had to create a new one. I found you through TRP, and similarly to quite a few lurkers I don't completely subscribe to every RP ideology, however my partner has been reading TRP for 2 years, and we both find certain aspects of it useful for bettering ourselves and our relationship. I come from the eastern block originally although live in the UK, and since rea… | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/11/15 01:12 PM |
