Additionally, I think it's horrifically wrong when the perpetrator of a rape (male or female) is able to claim any parental relationship to any resulting children. Nothing like adding insult to injury.

In response to your edit, I agree completely. In fact, I fail to see the difference between mocking a man with a small penis and ridiculing a girl with small breasts. Except of course in the woman's case there's a way to go about solving that problem.
