It's more complex than what I said but I'll break it down like this. If my ex wife makes 16/ hr. And say I make minimum wage. Then they take how much it takes to raise a child on a single year then they break it down into a formula. I know im lucky and most states don't follow that but it's what child support was started for and had inflated from there.

Umm no. Child support is based off the main child carers income. If you pay child support that means the other parent has primary custody. Gtfoh with that. I post child support and have a damn good lawyer. So best bet is go for 50/50 custody if you don't want to pay.

I'm on your side. What I post in child support was even explained by the mediator what it was. And I pray 50% of anything medical. And if she needs more I give her more. She's talking care of my child and deserves whatever she feels she needs. My son is taking care of and has any and everything he wants.

As a man that pays child support. The money isn't for the child. Its to pay back the mother what she spent on the child. Its not everyone's fault you live in a fucked up state.
